“Nick was excellent throughout the entire FCE test process. He explained the purpose of every test clearly and made sure I understood everything step by step. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend Nick to anyone needing FCE testing services.

Nurse Stephanie, who started the procedure before Doctor came in was very nice and knowledgeable of all procedures and rules and regulations for things that I had to get done in order to complete my DOT physical. A joy to be around appreciate her time and energy. Great staff overall.

Great experience. Nick was awesome! I got in and did my pre employment physical with no issues and it was quick and to the point. Will definitely recommend this location for testing over Homewood any day. The drive is worth it!

I truly appreciate a warm and welcoming facility that has a great and professional staff like Concentra Urgent Care in Bedford Park. The Nurses the physicians and receptionist all were very professional, and easy to talk to. I wanna send a personal thank you to you all....

If I could leave this place zero stars I would. I came to this place 1/23/26 freaking out after a work related injury. I get their an hour and a half before closing time (which is 5) and first they told me their doctor leaves early so I need to rapidly get the paperwork from my employer. They were so adamant about having a work authorization form to see me and I’m there on standby waiting for my employer. They then keep asking if I have received anything and I tell them no. Its 4 oclock and they call me up and I don’t have what they’re asking for yet. And they refused to see me after 4 is apparently their cut off time (their words not mine) essentially kicking me out; nor are they allowing me to wait for my manager to send me paperwork to be admitted. This is unacceptable! As far as I know as a health care facility, they cannot refuse to see me. Mind you I was not unruly, I was literally in shock because of my injury super calm and worried. Such a damn shame not every healthcare employee watches out for their own healthcare workers. I went to my car and cried for being refused service. Shame on the doctor and shame on the staff!!!!!!!

The whole staff is cool. They make you feel comfortable and do not add to much pressure when doing your physical

Terrible location very lazy staff I arrived at 4:35pm to a empty waiting room for a urine drug screen. I drank tons of water to ve ready as I have shy bladder. They close at 5pm. I was told by the manager Yolanda that despite having my passport on hand they could not take me because it would take 45 minutes to register me to pee in a cup when I actively had to go. Lazy staff just riding the clock waiting to go home. Then had the audacity to say come back tomorrow. This location has always sucked name has changed but nothing else would not recommend! If you close 45 minutes before closing time then list closing time at 4:15pm not 5pm

Concentra definitely has a star and her name is Steph!! From the moment I walked in she was the sweetest being ever! Even when I was nervous for a couple things she reassured me and kept cracking jokes to lighten my mood, definitely gets a 10/10 from me !! Such sweet staff , I’ll definitely be back for any needs! 👏🏼👏🏼
