The place was clean, and the staff was professional. The only problem I saw was that the two receptionist were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people who were coming in, however, seeing as they had to do a bunch of paperwork and the like for each patient, it is a bit expected that a long line would form(I know the photos I posted don’t show a long line, but that was because I waited until most people left out of privacy, sorry for the folks in the photos who’s faces do show tho). Nonetheless, if you need urgent care and are in the area, this place will get the job done.
Treyvon, He displayed customer first service, very efficient and fast with the process of my drug test. always with a smile on his face and made me feel at ease. Seriously, who likes going to the drs let alone physicals and drug tests? I sure dont. But Treyvon, he made this day, my visit at ease and comfortable. the whole staff is amazing including the lady's up front, the whole staff. thank you Treyvon and staff.
Upon arriving after a work accident needing 15 staples and 3 stitches, the staff and entire core group deserves 10 stars out of 5. They have been very helpful in making this entire process seamless from the physician all the way to Jesse who helped process me out. These are the type of individuals you want to be treated by.
Wasted my time. Michael Scott told me there was something clearly wrong. He did not look at the site of the injury, and still cleared me for full-duty despite admitting he could not physically see the site of injury. He refused to give me a referral to a specialist who is able to confirm this. My insurance adjuster told me a physician is able to provide a referral to a specialist however the doctor explicitly stated he would not to that and that I must ask my Primary Care doctor. I believe he is misinformed on how to do the process. This is a workman's comp exam. I cannot legally go to my own doctor and I mentioned this. He should have refered me after telling me they are unable to treat me at their clinic. The people are nice and efficient yes. But they did not give results or do things properly.
I recently did a DOT physical at this location on 410 and HWY 151. All the staff here were kind and professional. Jesse's great service made it easy, fast and stress free which is very important to keep that blood pressure in check. I highly recommend
this location, especially for drivers who are not excited about doing DOT physicals.
I went there to get a TB test. The service was quick, and the person who took my blood was very friendly and made me feel at ease. The only unfortunate thing was that I couldn't schedule an appointment, I had to do walk-in service, so I showed up at opening. I believe whether or not you get an appointment depends on the service being performed.
From the front desk to the doctor, it was a smooth process. Front desk was very helpful and the doctor was very knowledgeable about my situation. The wait was long almost an hour before I go called. It was busy but I usually have a long waiting time at any medical office. Overall, Concentra was great.
Went in for an annual work physical. Was literally checked in, seen and out the door within 45 minutes. Everyone was on their game. Highly recommend this location. I know other Concentra locations can get backed up quickly with 2hr wait times but this location kicked it up a notch. Great job!
