They were awesome! I was late do to weather and traffic. I called them and they were very polite and understanding. I finally arrived and was treated with professionalism! All of my tests were explained and they answered all my questions. The entire staff was awesome and caring. Great experience!

I arrived at the 31st & Ashland location at 4:25pm. I needed a respirator fit test, MMR VACCINE and a OSHA respirator questionnaire. I was told by the woman at the front desk that they don’t receive overtime so I can’t be seen. I informed her that I traveled very far and per Google the business doesn’t close until 6 pm, she agreed that they close at 6 pm but I can’t be seen because she stated that it may cut into her off time which I’m guessing is 6 pm & she doesn’t get paid overtime. That is the most unprofessional statement I have ever heard.

Long wait times. Staff are friendly and professional. Staff knowledgeable and caring. If it was not for the wait I would give 5 stars but this can not be predicted with walk-ins and not being able to schedule visit. Even with being busy the care was still good.

Was just here today for the first time. The receptionist was warm and friendly. Check in was fast and smooth! My nurse Paola was SUPER NICE and Funny!! This place gets busy, but they get you in and out! 😁

I paid $190 up front when checking into urgent care (their policy)- I came in with a corneal abrasion and told them I went to a different urgent care the night before and knew what I had I was just looking if they could prescribe me any pain relieving eye drops. They looked at my eye with a flashlight, gave me 2 eye drops in my eye (which actually made it worse and swollen), and then told me to go to an eye doctor (which I didn’t need- I just needed something for the pain). Anyways, I paid $190 for them to not even have the equipment for looking at the abrasion on my eye. The physicians came across as very inexperienced and unprofessional. I highly recommend NEVER coming here for urgent care services.

Staff was QUICK, the drop was QUICK and my TB was very much respected and tooken care of cause I have a phobia of needles or anything penetrating my skin to cause blood. She was the sweetest person I could come across, I wish I woulda wrap her in my arms and take her home 😭🤣🩷

When I walked in I was immediately greeted. Asked to have a seat and given forms that I was not sure of, so the ladies at the desk helped with what I needed. The Staff has a whole was the best and I thank them for all they did

I did a walk-in employer-screening, on New Year’s Eve, so I was surprised by how efficient and quick my visit was. The provider I saw was great, Dr. Schwartz was thorough, thoughtful and friendly. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The nurses/MA’s doing my vitals and testing were equally professional. Great experience overall, would recommend and personally use this location again!
