Overall the staff are friendly and caring. Therapists are great and efficient. Karinna was awesome and very knowledgeable in her field. She always listen to my needs as the patient and pushed me outside my comfort but within my injury's, so that I had the best healing outcome possible. Angelica the assistant was always great making sure I was updated on all my appointments, offered me options when scheduling didn't work for me. She also kept me updated on approvals from my Workers Comp with my PT. I did not give this place 5 stars because of its cleanliness, which was brought to their management. I personally feel that it was brushed off by there clinic manager but that's my opinion. Other than that they met my PT needs.
The staff at this location were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They took the time to answer my questions and made the entire visit feel comfortable and well-organized. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. I was especially impressed by how efficient and professional the whole process was—everything moved quickly without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.
I visited Concentra Urgent Care for a pre-employment drug screening and had a very positive experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. Everything was handled efficiently, and the process was straightforward from start to finish. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would recommend this location to others needing occupational health services.
The physical therapy team was absolutely amazing. Everyone was professional, caring, and encouraging throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and helped me make great progress. I truly appreciate their patience, knowledge, and positive attitude. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing quality care!
Came to this location for a preemployment urinalysis and TB test/questionnaire. The front desk was quick and efficient, very helpful and willing to make the process seamless. They allowed me to email them pertinent documents. The collector for my urinalysis was kind and clear in directions, confirmed my test would be done in a few hours proving how quickly the process is. Following that, I was immediately put in a room to see a physician and the wait was approximately 5 mins. The doctor was very kind and to the point. Would gladly come to this location again for any reason. PS, the lobby filled up quickly once the doors opened at 8am. Would recommend coming early if you want to be in and out; however, the wait was less than significant.
I had a great experience overall. The facility was very clean, the process was fast and organized, and registration was simple and easy. The staff was professional and made everything go smoothly from start to finish. Definitely appreciated how quick and efficient the visit was.

But I would like to thank these 2 personally...Karina and Angie they were great. I would be a little difficult sometimes,but they would work with me. That's because I would come during work,and be trying to get back.
