I had a great experience at Concentra Clinic. The facility was clean, organized, and ran very efficiently, which made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure everything moved along without long wait times.
What really stood out was the level of care and attention given to patients. The process was simple, well-coordinated, and stress-free, which isn’t always easy to find in a medical setting.
I also want to give a special mention to Ramona, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make the experience easy. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference.
Overall, I highly recommend Concentra Clinic for anyone looking for efficient service and quality care.
I visited a local Concentra near NRG park and was told that it would be a two hour wait before I could be seen for a work physical. I left and ended up coming to this location the next morning as I happened to have business in the area. The staff was incredibly kind and swift, even getting started a bit earlier than opening. I was in and out for my work physical within 30-45 minutes. Ramona was very kind and the NP was as well. Thank you so much for this positive experience!
Ramona, the nurse who took care of me made me feel comfortable and she is very good at her job! Her personality is in point!!!! And mt Dr was great too. I can't quite remember her name, but it was McDouglas or Mc?? But she is to be commended for the care and concern she shows to the patient. Also for explaining the situation to the patient. Yes I recommend them highly. Wasn't as impressed with the reception 🙄.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The moment I walked into the clinic I knew I was gonna have a bad experience. The reception is rude and unprofessional. She was on a personal call and gossip with her coworker while giving me one word instructions. I waited an hour for someone to call me to the back to do my drug test. Once that was done another lady took me to a room to start my physical, the lady told me she will be back because she had to go get a smaller Blood Pressure cuff. I waited 20 minutes and I decided to come out and go find her to see if she had forgotten about me and for my surprise I found her gossiping with another coworker. she told me didn’t forgot but she was waiting on something. I went back to the room and 2 minutes after I got her she came back to the room with the smaller cuff and her coworker to check my bp. Once that was done the doctor actually was the fastest thing today, she came to the room within 5 minutes did my physical and told me to head to the front. Once I got to the front the same girl that left for 20 minutes to go get the blood cuff and it took for me to go get her for her to come back told me to sit in the front and wait on my paperwork. I waited 15 minutes and saw no one working and they were talking about school teachers being horrible nowadays. I decided to approach the receptionist to asked her if my paperwork was ready and that’s when I was told I was good to go and everything was sent to my employer. A 3 minutes physical and 2 minutes drug testing took them 2 hours to complete. They are all too busy talking about personal stuff and not working. I really hope I never have to go to the Place again. Dont come here unless you have 2 to 3 hours to wait on things that takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
My experience was great from the moment I arrived. My employer sent me for a breathalyzer and randomly drug test. The young lady at the receptionist desk was very polite, the young Carlos who did my testing was great, along with the other two young ladies with great smiles. Thank you, Everyone*****
I'm not one to be negative but this wasn't a great experience for me. I'm a new hire at my church and was sent here to complete a drug test. After meeting with HR at my church, I headed 5 minutes down the road to hopefully just pee in a cup and leave. When I get there, the waiting room is very full, and might I add, hot. I go to the counter, and the front desk lady tells me to sign in. I write my name and number on a clipboard and then scan the room and find an empty seat and sit. After at least 20 minutes, they call my name and I go to the counter. They ask if I've filled out the documents that were sent to me. I say no, because I was given no instruction to do so. They tell me to go sit back down, fill out the online forms, then they'll be with me. I fill out the forms in about 5 minutes and wait 20 more minutes before being called in the heat of the waiting room. When I'm finally called, I go to the back to do my drug test. The lady administering my test was not very nice or sociable at all. As a young adult, I had never done this before and was given minimal instructions. I felt confused, but didn't feel like I could ask any questions because the lady was unapproachable and curt. I eventually finished and left, but it took quite a long time when all I did was pee in a cup. I'm hoping not to have to do that again any time soon.
I went in for a pre employment screening. From the moment I entered until I left, everyone was helpful, efficient, and welcoming. Romona took really good care of me once I was called to the back. I would definitely recommend.
It was my first time there in my first time getting a drug test done and the ladies there were so nice to me and they explain everything to me and they were really patient I really appreciate that
