The staff was professional, but it took forever for a regular pre-employment drug screening. I dislike that they just have you sitting a waiting like people are not coming in here on lunch breaks, or making quick time to complete a pre-employment or renewal drug screening. They definitely need to get more staff to assist with this.

Not gonna lie after 2 ER visits for cutting my finger bad and a different clinic no one would give me a good insight how to clean are what to do with my hand ✋🏽 then came here instantly I knew I was in good hands the front desk went in to deep detail on asking what happened what I had been doing ect ect ect….. one I saw the nurse practitioner she went well above and beyond explaining everything what to do what to expect ave look for after 2 weeks of getting the run around I felt good and relieved thanks again to the wonderful ladies and team they have

Please don’t go to this location. The doctor is rude and inconsiderate. Doctor left me in the room a hour before the examination and another 45 minutes after he was done. If I hadn’t come out to room and walk to his office to ask him what’s going on (which he had an attitude) he would’ve left me in there. I was instructed to do additional testing (which I did) and to return results once obtained. I came with results Monday morning. I was told I had the option to wait to wait on the call from the doctor. Never heard back. My company makes me an appointment for the following day and upon arrival i was immediately questioned as to why I returned. The results literally took 5 minutes to review. The assistant informed the doctor I was there and that I was supposed to get a link which never came. I waited 2 hours and was told I had to retake the physical. I lost 2 days of work.

Wait time is horrible. Arrived at 8am to do my DOT physical didn't get called in till 9:30 almost didn't make it on time to give urine sample almost did it on myself. Finally saw the Dr he was not very communicated did his lil test and said get dressed and go wait in lobby. Just to wait another 30 min just to hear that I didn't get approved for my med card . I had anxiety waiting too long didn't pass my physical due to high blood pressure. I wonder why my blood pressure was high I don't suffer from high blood pressure... 2hrs 15 min total just for a DOT physical

I use Concentra to renew my Class A license medical record due to the Company I drive for. The nurses who prep you to see the doctors are pretty understanding and helpful. Now, I do undesirable that due to DOT that certain things are required which is the ability to move, see and hear but some of doctor's there go way beyond that and give us a hard time for no reason. I dislike this establishment as a whole and I'm not the only one who feels this way! I had a doctor deny for papers from my Doctor which I was cleared gor years ago, then when I got and brought i back the next day early in the morning, he was being unprofessional and had me waiting for hours. Another time another doctor denied me after I was cleared from having surgery just because I didn't have 2 weeks of use with my CPAP machine. It was difficult to use while at home on recovery being in pain but, a week before I was released from my surgeon I started back on it and I've been out for almost 2 months.

When I walked in, it was quite a few people there. I thought it was going to be a long day but it wasn't surprisingly, they called us in within 10 minutes, took care of business and was back to work. The staff was very friendly.

Very humiliating experience was given no medicine was treated like a deceased piece of trash once seen. Was told go find my one medicine somewhere. This is Not an Urgent Care !!!! Very bizarre place if your Sick Do Not Go Here . I've been to several Urgent cares and was treated very well not here. Was Shamed For Being Sick . Very Bizarre.
