This is my second visit and I’ve had a good experience both times. The staff very straight to the point and good at explaining everything. I’ve had to get stitches this time and I was really nervous but the nurse and Dr were really chill and funny it made me feel more comfortable. They definitely know what they’re doing and any emergency I have they are my go to! Thank you staff for your help

Gave it 5 stars because the doctor was great dr Bryan Thomas was so helpful he took care of my son. The receptionist mmm seemed like she kept tryin to push me to go to the hospital. The doctor was able to treat him there..The nurse was a little bit sassy in the beginning but ended up being little kind towards the end all an all I’d recommend it ,this is my second time coming here the doctors that have helped my son did wonderful..

I don't understand how this business isn't always busy. This is the place to go when it's too much for your primary doctor to take care of & not severe enough for an Emergency room visit. The intake process is quick and efficient. The wait time is beyond exceptional, less than 10 minutes. The nurses and doctors are very thorough, caring and obviously love their line of work. Thank you for the excellent care.

The staff was very friendly, attentive, professional and informative. It was a busy night but I was pleased at everyone making sure I was taken care of. My husband chose to take me to this location because of the high ratings and the medical team did not disappoint. A special thank you to my nurse Samuel, Dr. Gonzalez, Mayra and Lawrence.

Quick and easy care. Wait time was less than 10 minutes and the whole visit took about 45 minutes. The out of pocket cost was reasonable. The complimentary coffee and bottle water is a good touch. Place can use some cleaning however. The bottom shelf on the coffee inside the lobby has at least couple of weeks of built up dust.

I can not begin to express how grateful I am to Dr. Robert Gonzalez for helping me and listening to me and the frustration I was feeling going to another urgent care and the hospital were they could not find this fish bone that was stuck in my mouth. Initially the X-rays at the other urgent care I went too, and ct scan at the hospital did not show anything visible and they sent me home with meds, but out of desperation I decided to try one more place out and it was here Brooks complete care took the time to hear me out look at my pictures that I was sure it was that darn fish bone and really look in my mouth. The other two places only peaked and didn’t see anything on scans and sent me out, but not here. Dr Gonzalez really cared tried and he got that fish bone right out of my tonsil where it was lodged in. But if it wasn’t for him not caring I don’t know what would have happen. Thank you again to the staff and Dr. Gonzalez for caring for your patients it tells a lot about your character. Thanks again to complete brooks urgent care.

The doctors were great. They gave me medicine and they’re trying to help me feel better most places you go to send you away with nothing to charge money. they’re super fast and great every time I go there

You guys basically saved my life. I'm so very grateful. Dorkis at front desk who took my initial phone call and checked me in is amazing not to mention the nurses, doctors, and staff. I didn't want to go but I'm lucky I did. God bless you all.
