We had a great experience at CommuniCare Pediatrics & OBGYN – Potranco Clinic. Dr. Vu was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He took the time to listen to our concerns, answer our questions, and make us feel comfortable throughout the visit.
We would also like to thank Medical Assistant Raquel for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent patient care. She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience even better.
The staff was welcoming, and the visit was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend Dr. Vu, Raquel, and the entire team at the clinic.
We had a wonderful experience at my daughter’s first visit with Dr. Latham. Dr. Latham was incredibly thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to the medical assistants, Raquel, Cassie, and Leslie, who were all so kind, attentive, and helpful. They helped make my daughter’s first visit a positive experience. We truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend this office!
Always a good experience at this office (Potranco location WIC ) , staff is always so polite and helpful, especially the lactation consultant Krissy, she provided me with so much help on breastfeeding.
Cassandra at the front desk is always polite as well this is my 2nd appt here and no issues. Also spoke with Krys and she mentioned some helpful info to me (:

Taking time to narrow down and being patient…especially the nurses who do the very best and since the beginning nurse, Leslie and Cassie, very professional and very caring!!and last I would like to thank Dr. Cepeda. Very professional and helping My child I thank the whole Communicare Everyone who works together to Care for my Children. I highly recommend going to potranco and 151 location. You’re in and out your appointment. No waiting in the waiting room more than five minutes.great team !!!!
Had a great first appointment for my baby with Dr.latham. All of the staff Raquel,Usly,Sandra were very welcoming professional and most importantly informative. They answered all of my questions and concerns definitely leaving feeling taken care of.
I highly recommend Communicare-Potranco. The staff, Alyssa, Steph, and Aria, are incredibly friendly and attentive. The doctor is highly informative and caring. My son has been under the care of this doctor since birth, and we have never regretted! I’m glad I found a forever doctor for my son.
I love this office. Although they are considered a busy office, the wait time is always quick and manageable. The service was incredible. Dr. Pagan’s (DNP) bedside manner is amazing. She is pleasant and good with the children. She is consistently knowledgeable, kind and patient. Medical assistants Raquel and Sandra were very polite and helpful! The service at this location made me want to switch offices, as well as become a patient there myself!
Had an amazing visit today! It was just for shots but when it comes to newborn immunizations I always dread it. We had Hallie as our nurse and I pray we get her every time. She was absolutely amazing. I've been going there for three years and all three of my kids have doctors there. She has been the most amazing nurse I've come in contact with. She answered all my questions, went over and beyond to help me understand and jot down scheduling shots and never made me feel rushed or a bother.
