I Had my women's yearly exam today and it was probably one of the best experiences when it comes to this particular exam. I checked in and didn't have to wait long at all. Veronica and Jess made sure everything went very smooth and they were very informative. During the procedure I felt very safe and comfortable. The doctor explained everything she was doing as it was being done and when we finished she was available to answer any questions I had. I will be coming back for my IUD removal next week ☺️....yay!!!
Julie and Ms. Lynn were very kind and very helpful! They made the experience nice and easy. All the staff and Drs are very nice as well! The wait wasn’t too long. The Place is usually never crowded, & it’s always clean and well kept. They have TVs, & a Nice play area for kids.

I had a wonderful experience at CommuniCare Alamo Ranch for my women’s wellness appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and immediately felt welcomed.
Veronica and Jess were both so kind and attentive. I usually have a lot of anxiety when it comes to getting my blood drawn, but they made the process feel completely seamless and stress-free. I also want to mention the gentleman who checked on me before I left (I wish I remembered his name!)—he made sure I was feeling okay, which I really appreciated.
Linda Luker, the nurse practitioner, was amazing—very informative, patient, and truly listened to all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and the entire visit was comfortable from start to finish.
I’m so happy to have such a great facility right up the street from my home. Highly recommend!
The Alamo location is awesome! I got seen at the last minute but they took great care of me!
I was checked in by Ms. Marisol and the check in process was smooth and easy.
I was then seen by Ms. Jessica and Veronica; they were both easy to talk to and asked me the necessary questions.
I was seen by Mrs. Luker and she was easy to talk to, was able to answer all my questions; she was able to ask about my sonogram and I got in that same appointment so it definitely saved me time!
Everyone at this location has been amazing!!
Julie at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She made sure my daughter was anble to be scheduled in their tight schedule and took a big weight off my shoulder as this appt was needed and important to get done before a deadline. It’s clear she truly cares about the patients and families she helps. Great customer service like hers makes such a difference, especially in a pediatric setting. Thank you, Julie, for going above and beyond!

I took my son to see pediatrician Dr. Christina Ferris and I would definitely recommend her. I was particularly impressed around her discussion about consent during his physical which I have rarely seen other pediatricians do. She also educated us without making us feel talked down to. I am taking my daughter to her next week for her annual as well and am looking forward to another positive experience.
Today I came in feeling very sick. Not feeling well at all. And Marisol from the front desk was so very polite helpful & attentive. Some people are naturally just compassionate. Thank you Marisol I appreciate you. First time meeting Dr Mario C.Eres I really liked him as well he was very professional & explained everything I need to do very happy I met him thank you.
