I visited Clear Immediate Care on July 3, 2026, for my bloodwork and annual physical. My visit was very smooth, and while leaving, I was told at the front desk that I would receive an email with the doctor's note from the visit and a referral for an ultrasound procedure. As this was my first-ever doctor's visit in the United States, I patiently followed the instructions and went home.
Between July 3 and the morning of July 9, I followed up three times via text to ask why I had not received the email after my visit. On the morning of July 9, at 9:48 AM, I called the clinic, and Rossie (Rossy) answered. I asked her why I had not received the email or referral, and she rudely replied that the clinic does not send referrals to anyone. I explained again that both the doctor and the front desk had told me I would receive a referral, and asked her to check, since it was my first visit. She immediately told me to lower my voice, and the conversation that followed was completely rude and unprofessional. She did not listen to a word I said and became very aggressive and rude. I asked her if I could speak with someone else instead, and she said "No" five times. I then hung up.
At 9:55 AM — just five minutes after telling me she had no referral for me — she emailed me the referral and the note. I was in tears, as I had never had such an experience in my life, let alone during my first medical visit in the USA. My boyfriend called the clinic to ask what had happened and why the clinic had behaved so unprofessionally. Rossie told him that she could not speak with him, as it would be some sort of violation, so he handed the phone back to me. When I spoke with her again, she completely changed her tone.
This behavior is completely unprofessional. I did not pay to be verbally harassed. I would like to file a formal complaint against her. I want someone in a higher position to review the entire recorded call.
AVOID!!!!!!! FRAUDULENT!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!
I think they are in the business of just prescribing
Adderall and when I did not meet the criteria, they didn't feel a need to treat me. Clear Immediate Rip Off!!! I went out of my way to visit this office. Paid there fees met with a physician's assistant answered a ton of questions. And then they never got back to me. Completely ignored me. Apparently they have no intention of treating me. No follow-up! No diagnosis! No treatment! Nada!!
They may be fraudulent! I intend to report them. I don't think they ever intended to help me

This place is literally a hidden gem! The staff should be trainers for the industry across the country!! They were the ultimate professionals, so kind, so compassionate, patient, explained everything, and took the best medical care I’ve had in years! This was out of network for me, but it was worth it!
I had a really disappointing experience with Clear Wellness Group. When I initially booked my appointment, I was told they accepted my insurance. Then, the morning of my appointment, I received a call saying they actually don’t accept it—leaving me stuck and scrambling last minute.
Because of that, I ended up paying close to $500 out of pocket for what was supposed to be a routine physical. To make matters worse, they didn’t even run a full blood panel, which made the cost feel completely unjustified.
While Julia, the PA, was great—professional and kind—the overall experience with the practice was frustrating. The facility itself felt run down and not well-maintained, which didn’t inspire much confidence.
Between the insurance miscommunication, high out-of-pocket cost, and incomplete services, the whole experience felt misleading and not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. Do your due diligence and don’t get scammed like I did.
Been coming here for the past 6 years, truly the best urgent care in Chicago. They are fast, kind and attentive. It’s hard to find a place that really cares, so I’m very grateful for the Clear Wellness team☺️☺️
Biggest mistake coming here. I came here to get my testosterone levels checked. My blood pressure was a little high and I explained to them that I just finished working out and had consumed a pre workout. Next thing you know they’re giving me an ekg. After reading previous reviews they were pretty much accurate. Unnecessary services to bill my insurance. Receptionist was rude. But my nurse’s were exceptionally nice and helpful.
Madison, the PA, was amazing. She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, and made the entire experience feel smooth and efficient. I felt well taken care of and genuinely listened to. So happy I found this office!
This is our second time seeing Dr. Alyssa Daugherty and she's always a pleasure to deal with. She told me that she would give us a refund and send my mom to the ER since there was no service done. When I got to the front desk, the "office manager" said there would be no refund because a diagnosis & referral order was made to send her to the ER. If that's the case I get it but that's what Dr. Dougherty told us. If I'm not refunded then I will not return. Thank you.
