The PA attending to me was top notch. The facility needs some help. Loud dance music in the reception area isn’t calming. Maybe something instrumental? Classical? The blood pressure cuff used on me was hanging from the wall and dangling in an open garbage can. A tech snapped off a glove and left it on the desk next to the computer. Why not throw it out?

The Physicians Assistant that removed the shard of glass from my foot persevered until she successfully completed that procedure. The shard was slippery bc there was blood and it was shaped in a way that was difficult to grasp. Also, the clinic was low on supplies. She needed a needle nose tweezers and there was not a single pair to be found. The lack of appropriate resources did make it harder for her and for me. She had to dig around in my foot for about 20 minutes trying to get a purchase on the glass with regular slant eyebrow tweezers. She was good and I'm thankful for her persistence. My foot feels better now. The glass shard was larger than i imagined it could be and oddly shaped so It was not going to come out by itself and i think i might have made things worse trying to do it myself. I only waited 10 minutes to see her was a walk in, at 9 pm.

Have had the most fabulous experiences at the Summit location on 18th St. and have met Dr. Andrew Farber, an Orthopedist who is nothing short of phenomenal. He and his assistants are always right on time, gracious, friendly, and amazingly helpful. It is a treat to go there and be treated. I plan to look for other specialty physicians at the same location. Peace.

Dear CityMD Team, I’m writing to share feedback about my recent visit on 03/18/26. This was the first time in 13 years that I had a truly 5-star experience. From the front desk staff to the nurse and the doctor, everything was excellent—professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. In contrast, my prior experiences over the past 13 years have unfortunately been consistently disappointing. That’s why this visit stood out so strongly—it was a complete and very welcome change. I sincerely appreciate the level of care and service I received during this visit, and I hope this standard continues moving forward. Thank you for the improvement. On this location

My GP doctor was out of town, so I came here because I needed to see someone quickly and didn’t know what to expect. I arrived at 9 a.m., and it was great. There was no one there, and everything was smooth and seamless—from filling out the intake form on my phone, to the receptionist, to the intake person, to the physician’s assistant, and even getting the X-ray. Highly recommend.

I visited the clinic on West 57th Street and had a great experience. Nurse Annaya was extremely experienced, helpful, and very friendly throughout the visit. She drew blood so smoothly that I honestly didn’t even feel it. The clinic itself was also very clean and professional. Highly recommend.

While visiting NY my daughter needed to go to the urgent care. It was easy to schedule an appointment and be seen right away. We were able to go to the CVS less than a block away and pick up our prescription. The CVS staff was very nice and helpful as well! The whole process took no more than an hour.

I went to this urgent care two days ago because of serious pain in my knee. I already went to my pcp and another urgent care a week prior to check out what the problem was. They told me that this building had an xray machine and I really wanted to get my knee checked out. It took about 5 mins to see a nurse which is fine but then it took about 20-25 minutes to see the doctor! The doctor came in and was really dismissive and unprofessional. I told him what my pcp said that she felt some grinding in my knee. He said “grinding? I’ve never heard a doctor say that before. Maybe you need a different pcp.” He said that laughing with a smirk. The physician I went to was the first doctor that actually listened to so I felt that this doctor was being incredibly rude. I also told him that I don’t make a habit of taking acetaminophen or Tylenol bc I don’t want to get used to taking it for pain. He said “well if you don’t want to take any medicine for the pain…” Sir, I’m here to see if I tore something, so I know what steps I can take to get better. Popping a Tylenol every few hours is going to stop me feeling the pain but it’s not going to stop the injury. Since I’m normally a very active person, I asked are there any exercises I can do while I rest my leg - swimming, Pilates, etc.? He said “if it hurts don’t do it.” Well obviously! What exercises will damage the knee more? I did not like being around that doctor at all.
