First-time patient here, and the service was absolutely amazing. The front desk was efficient and welcoming, and the clinic environment was top-notch. A huge shoutout to the passionate Chinese female nurse who treated me with so much kindness and professionally addressed all my health concerns. Having fluent bilingual staff who truly care about patients is a lifesaver. Highly recommend this location to everyone in the community!

Dear Management, I wanted to share my concerns about the experience at your urgent care. As patients, we need to speak up when something isn’t working. Many of us come in with sick children, and some of us have children with disabilities who are already overwhelmed or crying. Instead of making the process easier, we’re expected to do everything ourselves through self-check-in. During that time, the front desk staff often appear to be sitting and chatting instead of assisting patients. A simple greeting, a smile, and offering help would make a huge difference. Good customer service is about making patients feel welcomed and supported, especially when they’re already stressed. I understand that technology can help speed up the check-in process, but it should not replace basic customer service. Patients should still be able to rely on staff for assistance when they need it. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the patient experience. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Fast and efficient. I wish I didn't have to use the QR code upon arrival because I was severely sick but I understand that is protocol now AND keeping away from front desk staff is safe when you arrive I'll. Dr. Anthony Vecchia has an excellent disposition (excellent doctor) and the staff are great.

check-in was easy as i have been there before. it was mothers day and there were a number of patients before me. maybe they only had one doctor, because i did have to sit in the exam room for a longer than normal time. otherwise everything went well.

This location became so horrible. I came in, and 5 people came after me as I was doing a self check-in. All five people were seen as I was standing by the reception so they could bill my copay. They said it was $50 but billed me $40. Then they apologized and billed me $10 more. This took 10mins because they had computer issues. All this happened while I was standing and feeling like..... I don't get it why I could pay the copay online as I was checking in. On top of that, people who came after me and seen before me started to leave after being seen. The place had a cold feeling, and the music was loud and not even appropriate. You barely can hear you came being called. I would go on and write more, but I think I made my point. If I could, I would give negative stars.

Professional and knowledgeable! We came in on Jan 10th with an urgent allergy situation while traveling. The doctor provided immediate treatment for Usman ( my son) that worked instantly and directed us to the ER for further observation. Their quick thinking and expertise made a scary situation manageable. 5 stars!"

Woke up more sick then yesterday. Going to this urgent care was waste of $50 co-pay and time. Medicine they prescribed me made me hot and (the PA called it "excitable"?!!) I am sick. Iam supposed to resting. PA M Told me everybody gets sick you gotta wait it out. There is no other med he can prescribe me when i called them back. People gets sick all the time, when he gets sick he takes 2 to 3 wks to get better. You should be OK. This is B.S. ppl go to urgent care so you are NOT sick for 2 to 3 wks! Maybe he can afford to be sick to 3 wks! But not everybody can. He was not empathetic or helpful. This med did not help me rest or get better. I feel horrible. I should have went to a different urgent care.

This establishment is VERY clean, professional friendly staff that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door ! I highly recommend this place !! The doctors and nurses are extremely nice and it shows that they care !!
