My first appointment here as a new patient went very well. I got done x-rays and a treatment plan and was pleased with my experience. What mattered to me was thoughtful treatment planning and not feeling like extra items were being added on without good reasoning. Staff were well-mannered and pleasant. I will return to receive services and update.

Dr. Ayoki makes it very clear that she's all about her money first & not the service. ALSO, if you decide to schedule when you find it necessary, it becomes very noticeable how suddenly you are harassed with appointments you never make & find pain in area's of your mouth that never existed or appeared right away if you go for something minor, you'llend up with pain elsewhere! I assume it's a way to get you back to the office faster for the expensive procedures. Disgusting strategy! I had fillings done that are extremely thick and caused pain for more than a month. She was unable to adjust/shave them down properly & now I wake up in pain EVERY DAY from gritting against the lumps. She also aggravated a bad tooth purposely which now feels infected or something. I can't eat much of anything, it feels like electricity when I bite anything, even my husband is UPSET. I'm afraid to ever go there again. And she has a very sarcastic unprofessional attitude. No thank you to that type of service, in any establishment for that matter. Very unfortunate cause the location was great for me! God help her🙏

Very comfortable experience and Sierra’s customer service is top tier & unmatched! Most definitely will recommend this office to friends and family! Very satisfied customer looking forward to my next appointment.

Everything went exceptionally well. Everyone is informative and efficient. In addition to patient and kind. I had some anxieties but the proof was with the work of the extractions executed. All anxieties eased quickly as they supported me during the procedure.
