My experience at Cielo Dental was honestly a great one. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very nice, polite, and informative. They made sure we understood everything and took the time to answer any questions we had, which I really appreciated.
The dentist was awesome—very patient with my boys and made them feel comfortable throughout the visit. That meant a lot as a parent, especially when it comes to dental appointments.
I’ll be honest, the outside of the building and the surrounding area don’t give the best first impression. But once you step inside, it’s a completely different environment—clean, welcoming, and professional.
Overall, we had a really positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Cielo Dental to other families looking for caring and attentive service.

The Dentist was very professional and ensured I understood my kids treatment. I truly had an amazing experience at this dental office. I normally don’t write reviews, but after reading some of the comments here, I felt I needed to share my experience. I have been bringing my nieces to this clinic for quite some time (5 and 7 yrs old), and we have always had a very positive experience.
The staff has consistently been kind, professional, and attentive. The doctors have always taken the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and make sure we feel comfortable before moving forward with anything.
I understand that sedation or certain pediatric procedures can feel overwhelming for parents. Dental treatment for children especially when crowns (which they have done before with my baby’s) or extensive work are involved sometimes requires different approaches to ensure safety and effectiveness. From my experience, everything has always been properly explained beforehand, including consent forms and what to expect during and after treatment.
Regarding wait times, while no office is perfect and delays can happen (especially in pediatric dentistry where every child reacts differently), I have personally felt that the team does their best to accommodate families and communicate clearly.
I understand every child’s experience can vary, but in our case, my nieces have always been treated with care, patience, and respect. We have never felt rushed or ignored, and the environment has always felt safe and professional.
I’m grateful to have found a clinic we trust, specifically with such kind people like Lex the manager, Glenda and Susie! And I would confidently recommend them to families looking for compassionate and experienced pediatric dental care! ❤️
Love this office! Been bringing my girls for years. The ladies in the front Eastly and Stephanie are always so friendly and efficient. The whole staff makes you feel very welcomed and at this point we are like family. Shout out to the Miss Suzy, Lupe, Mari, and Angie because those are the only names I remember lol, they are all so sweet and treat my babies like their own. My little one is so scared of going to the dentist but once she gets there they put her at ease and she completely forgets she was scared. Suzy always engages in conversation with my oldest and we love hearing about their families as well. Definitely recommend this office. Love the whole staff, they explain everything in great detail and are very knowledgeable. Also it's super clean and inviting.
I just want express how wonderful the staff was towards myself and daughter, answered all my questions I asked. The doctors, front staff and and the staffs helping the doctors are nice. Will be going here again. Clean office.
So something my daughter & I can’t get over was 4yrs ago my daughter was 14 and she came out from a teeth cleaning as she was drunk. YES A TEETH CLEANING so it shouldn’t take more than a hr. I waited 1:30 mins I had to ask ppl to bring her out because that’s way too long. Mind you the male dentist did not allow any parents in the back I find that so weird. Well she told me she wasn’t feeling good after the doctor put her to sleep. Now why the heck would you need to put a 14 yr old to sleep? The reason I came to give a review is because my daughter still talks about how weird that was and how she feels weird just thinking about it . Someone need to see why that doctor is putting girls to sleep for a cleaning
The staff here are amazing from the way they treat and care about the children. Dr was really caring too I recommend this dentist for any cavity treatment really really awesome staff 🙏🏻
