The facility does not seem up-to-date and modern. I didn’t like being examined by a person who just identified themselves by their first name. It would’ve helped to know their role and qualifications. Before they touch my eye with an instrument actually touching it. Dr. Sy was very knowledgeable, measured, competent, and caring.

First time with Arbor Eye and it was a good experience. I didn’t wait that long though. Dr Harold Sy is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Staff are nice too. I’m so glad to know that my eyesight is good. Thanks for the free eye drops. Keep it up!

Dr Korey is an amazing highly skilled and compassionate doctor! I recommend him to anyone in need of his care. Truly the best and most thorough doctor I have encountered in 75+ years. A Blessing!!

No negative comments regarding the doctor’s services & attention. The only thing that I was not please with was the waiting time …. My appointment was for 10:40. I arrived around 10:10, got registered and sat for almost an hour before I was called. And this happens all the time that I am here. Hence, the group that is responsible for scheduling patients need to do a better job with the schedule and be more efficient when spacing the time between patients in order to avoid long waiting time. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with this office. The doctor and the entire staff were incredibly loving, kind, and compassionate. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen and cared for. They truly paid close attention to my situation, took the time to listen, and made sure all of my concerns were addressed without ever making me feel rushed. The doctor showed genuine care and understanding, and the staff was so patient and supportive throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a team that treats you with both professionalism and real heart. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a provider who truly cares about their patients.
