I like the rapport of the workers there! Total teamwork! And the doctor that I had was excellent she said me straight she said she's the expert when I told her that the other doctor said my eyes needed to have the procedure done for cataracts and I believe this doctor and nobody else! But everybody was just fantastic Even my sister said she like it there I think she's thinking about seeing if it covered under her health plan !!!

Professional and efficient. Every staff member including Dr. Shah was on top of their game. Gemma on intake was swift and precise. Kerry in the photo room was so kind. He talked me through each step letting me know what he was doing. He made the experience comfortable. This office has a pleasant and safe vibe. Total confidence in their job assignments. 10/10 I do recommend.

It was fun. I was so nervous tho when I got a laser by a professional Doctor which is cool. That hurt no doubt. But them eye injections which I got too is a different story y’all. Thank god my mama was there🤣

Yes! the environment was professional, every employee that I met were kind and smiling. As a team we all worked to make sure that I was seeing the doctor that I sshould have seen. It was just a great experience to be in that faculty because it reminded me of the good days. Thank you! and please keep making us comfortable.

Over all the staff was professional & kind. The issue I have is the timing, waiting to go to different areas to get different test done. There needs to be a better system to get the people in & out. Maybe having more equipment. The ophthalmologist seems overwhelmed having to jump from room to room. He really doesn’t have time to talk to each patient only if you have a question.

My appointment took 3 hours. Too many different techs and walking room to room. Going upstairs. Hard sell on services. Unrealistically high quote on services. I saw another Dr for a second opinion and was told surgery is premature at this time. Remember you can walk away at any time if something doesn't feel right.

It was interesting for a first time referral visit. ALL of the staff was very friendly and attentive. They were thorough with the multiple examinations before I saw the doctor. I would recommend this location to a friend.

Exceptional service, from the receptionist to the assistance team who worked with Dr. Albanis to provide a comprehensive set of tests. I could not be more impressed by their professionalism. Special thanks to Brandy, who addressed an issue in my medical chart and quickly got it resolved.
