The customer service is great and the care received by the doctor was amazing. I feel like a person and not a number. I’m writing this review for my dad. His words! I had surgery on one eye and it helped my vision. Now I need the other one done. I’m pleased with the work. And the people are nice

My experience was a very good one from the very nice receptionist to the kind friendly and professional techs doing my eye exam. My Dr. Jennifer Pyle is an amazing tenative professional and is a very nice young lady I really appreciate her patience and the information she shares about your eye care. A total Awesome Establishment

A very pleasant professional staff at Arbor made my annual eye exam a pleasant experience . I felt comfortable and well informed of the procedure and follow up findings. I also experienced minimal anxiety. Overall it was a good necessary experience with good results. The best part was the service was prompt and courteous.

I was seen at the Merrionette Park office. There's a difference if you are being seen in the office on the main level where wait times could be high. But my appointment was with the surgeon, Dr Sharfi, in the lower level. The receptionist was extremely polite and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised I barely had any wait time at all. All staff was so kind and efficient. I was feeling defeated because I didn't think my issue could be resolved without another surgery. It was the first time meeting Dr Sharfi since my original doctor who performed my surgery retired. Dr Sharfi was absolutely delightful! She performed a procedure and thoroughly explained everything she was doing step by step. She totally put me at ease and thankfully after doing her procedure it looks like I hopefully won't need another surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Sharfi for specialized eye care and surgery. I can't thank her enough!

The staff is wonderful and My doctor is awesome she kept me informed and answered any concerns that I may have I would recommend this company to other I just want to say thank you and keep up the amazing job.

My visit on April 27, 2026 (morning) left a poor impression. The receptionist was noticeably cold and uncaring, which made the check‑in process uncomfortable. Patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and kindness. I’m sharing this so the office can improve how people are welcomed.

I was not due fir my appointment till June. But my vision became distorted so the anxiety was growing. I called the main number and explained myself to Esmeralda who was able to calm me down enough to answer the questions. Boy was she good with anxious people...Thank God! I told I go to Merrionette Park office and she was able to send a note to get me an urgent appointment with a Doctor. I was really impressed how efficient isn't their system was. I made it to that appointment in 20 min. and was taken to a room. The Dr's assistant work very effienctly as well took all her findings to the doctor. Dr came in 10 min later and examined my eyes and was able to explain to me what was happening. I was so relieved! She gave me recommendations for some OTC eye drops. I took them last night and aging this AM and everything was back to normal! God Bless Chicago Arbor Eye Clinic. So much better than an Urgent care office!. THANK YOU CAEC!

The office was clean with a bright atmosphere. My experience with this office was a feeling of disconnected, cool and aloof. It felt like I was being shuffled by the out of there. No empathy whatsoever for me. I will not be returning to this office. My previous doctor with Advocate was outstanding.
