I have a check up appointment with Dr. Linda Xiong at the CBWCHC Chinatown, smoothly and efficiently checked in then they called me in a private patient room. Dr. Xiong is patient with me and gave me enough time to asked questions and give me useful suggestions and information. She also encouraged me to improve my life styles to get myself more motivated to do exercise and eat well. I love this place, just like family members who care about me. Thanks again for the great service.
Dr Catherine Lee has been my general practitioner doctor at the Canal Street facility for over 20 years (since the 9/11 tragedy).
I've received outstanding care from Dr. Lee as well as other physicians and staff at the Charles Wang Center.
The facilities and staff's care, attention to detail and ability to provide excellent health care (which has kept me in good health, outliving most of the males in my family, makes the Charles Wang healthcare facility the health care model that other facilities should take inspiration from.
My doctor actually reads my blood tests or outside exams that I take and calls me within hours of any noted concerns).
I can't think more highly of or say enough good things about this facility. Even when I had moved out of state for a while, I would have to fly back to NYC because there is a lot of bad health care out there and no where was my health as much as a concern here.
Once Dr. Bui walked into the exam room it was all business. I had several pressing issues which Dr. Bui was able to handle and resolve immediately. She was very attentive and personable with a great bed side manner; I can tell right off the bat after our first meeting that Dr. Bui genuinely cares about her patients. Overall it was a pleasant first office visit with Dr. Bui !!!! Thank you.
I can honestly say Dr.Kim Bui is excellent. Out of all the doctors I have seen before, she is by far the best. She truly listens, takes her time to explain everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she always addresses all of my concerns with patience and professionalism. I’m very grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. The service in Charles B. Wang Community Health Care is excellent 10/10.
I am very grateful to Dr. Melissa Groves for her kindness and professionalism. She is a very attentive, calm, and caring doctor who truly listens to her patients. During appointments, she explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and reassured. I especially appreciate how careful and supportive she is during pregnancy. I feel that I am in very safe and professional hands. I highly recommend Dr. Melissa Groves to anyone looking for a wonderful OB/GYN.
I absolutely love Dr. Bui and the entire team at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. Everyone is consistently kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Dr. Bui is incredibly attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns without rushing. It’s a bit out of the way for me, but I’d much rather make the trip to Charles B. Wang and their recommended locations than deal with any other offices.
The care I received today by Dr. Linda Xiong was outstanding. She was thorough, so her time, and had one of the best bedside manners that I have had for a PCP. Quickly diagnose my issue and prescribe the lease invasive care to get me back 100%. I would highly recommend this center and Dr. Xiong.
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lily Wong. I came in feeling vulnerable and concerned because I previously had an ectopic pregnancy, and I wanted to make sure this pregnancy was progressing safely. Instead of receiving compassion and reassurance, Dr. Wong was cold, dismissive, and rude throughout the appointment.
Rather than helping ease my anxiety, she made me feel even more insecure and stressed. During such a sensitive and emotional time, I expected empathy and proper bedside manner, but unfortunately that was not my experience. My concerns did not feel heard or taken seriously.
Patients deserve kindness, respect, and support, especially during pregnancy. Sadly, this visit left me feeling worse than when I arrived. I would not return to this doctor or recommend this office to others seeking caring medical attention.
