I have been coming here for a long time now and all I can speak about the place is positive. The entire team is always professional and welcoming. The doctors know what they’re doing. They are all at fast pace. They don’t make you wait for a long time like other places do. I definitely recommend this immediate care location.

It was great! The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. The CNA also great , the Dr was awesome he knew right from the start what needed to be done. Also it is one of the only urgent cares open til 10pm. On top of that we were there at 8:45pm and the whole staff from beginning to end of my appointment did not show the long day I’m sure they had. Highly recommended!

I am pleased to share my recent positive experience during my visit. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and professional, making me feel very comfortable. The doctor provided thorough explanations and addressed all my concerns with patience. I truly appreciate the high level of care I received. This was a truly reassuring and satisfactory appointment.

Staff was pleasant and professional! Seen a doctor right away. Whom was amazing, attentive and very sociable. You knew right away you were in great hands! In a blink of an eye all my needs were met and I was on my way home. Definitely recommend this place to others. If all businesses operated in this fashion, the city would definitely be a better place!!!

Usually when I go they're great, but this time was bad. Everything was so rushed. It took a long time despite there being a small amount of patients. I could hardly ask a question without being rushed through it. Not a huge deal, we all get busy , even if we can't see it. I wanted to get a test done that needed blood. I put this when I booked the appointment online. She said I could do it next time. I asked why not now? She stood there, dumbfounded and said i guess you could. I just said nevermind and left. I can ignore all of that, but the receptionist was on the phone reading out loud a patient's test results over the phone. We could all hear it. I know we don't know who's it is, but it's unprofessional and maybe violating patient's privacy? Hopefully this was just a one time thing. They've always been pretty good, like I previously mentioned.

I went to the walk-in emergency clinic and the experience was extremely disappointing. The doctor treated me with almost zero empathy, didn’t prescribe any medication, and simply told me to buy something over the counter. They took blood samples, and two days later they called to say “everything was fine,” but refused to send me the actual results. To make it worse, they charged me for that under-5-minute call as if it were a full consultation. Completely dissatisfied with the service. I will not return and I strongly recommend others avoid this place.

I had to get stitches for a laceration on my elbow. Everyone was awesome. The M/A was courteous and professional, and the NP who stitched me up was experienced, thoughtful and extremely competent. I totally made the right decision to go there instead of a crowded, overpriced hospital ER. Update: had my stitches removed and once again was very happy with the level of service and expertise.

Woke up with a concern about my ear. Set up an appt within a few minutes. Immediately called in and taken care of within 30 minutes or less. The whole staff was very helpful and super friendly. I appreciate the staff and thier care for the clients. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
