I always have a great experience with Centers Urgent Care and continue to choose them for my routine testing needs. During my most recent visit, I learned that one of the specific tests I was requesting had been discontinued. The staff was both reassuring and transparent about the possibility that they might not be able to process that particular request.
What stood out to me was the dedication of the physician at the Middle Village location. She told me she would do her best to find a solution, and she ultimately succeeded. I truly appreciated her effort, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile for a patient.
The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout the visit. The phlebotomy process was quick, smooth, and handled with great care, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free.
Overall, Centers Urgent Care provided excellent service, clear communication, and compassionate care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional urgent care experience.
I am not usually someone who nitpicks the little things. If a prescription gets sent to a different pharmacy than I requested and it's still nearby, that's not what matters most to me. What matters is receiving quality care, and that is exactly what I received during my visit today.
I came in exhausted, injured, and overwhelmed. My team had been giving me conflicting information regarding line-of-duty injury documentation, and as a very tired educator, I was struggling to navigate the workers' compensation process on my own. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness.
Karina and Wendy were incredible. They helped me navigate the workers' compensation process seamlessly, made copies of all the paperwork I needed, and ensured I understood what steps to take next. Karina even kindly offered me an ice pack for my face, a small gesture that meant a great deal when I was in pain.
Wendy is an expert. Her knowledge and guidance immediately put me at ease.
Mike was kind and attentive, helped prepare me for my appointment, and wished me a speedy recovery. It is clear that he truly cares about the patients he serves.
I have seen Tedi several times over the years, and he has always been exceptional. He takes his time with each patient, provides individualized treatment and instructions, answers questions thoroughly, and respects patient autonomy. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling informed and cared for.
This is a remarkable team of professionals who work together to provide outstanding patient care. The guidance, expertise, and kindness shown to me today were unforgettable.
To anyone visiting this urgent care: remember that healthcare workers are people too. A little kindness goes a long way, and at this office, that kindness is reflected right back to you.

If there were no stars I would give. I came in for chest pain and asked for an EKG, after much delays the provider came in and said EKG is normal, if pain persist go to the ER..... I'm sitting here like!!!!! Helloooooo aren't you going to even listen to my heart, check my apical pulse or something, nothing about my pain level was asked, my b.p was taken but they never told me my vitals.... nope, she just walked out, I sat there in shock and in pain. I at least expected a stethoscope on my chest.
How can I be sure this is my EKG now? I wasn't born 03/09/1981. This could be anyones EKG, no name, age 26 and then born 1981?????? Please people
This experience is a disgrace to medicine, my first and last time here.
First time at urgent care. The place is sooooo clean. The nurse was so kind, patient and super helpful. 😃 She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I would defiantly go back again since the waiting time wasn't too long. ❤️
The workers were all nice and professional. They attended me right away. Doctor Rozalla was very thorough and helpful. I'm so glad they are located near my home. Im telling my family and friends whenever they have an emergency go to Center Urgent Care at Middle Village because they really care.
Staff like Erica and Wendy were great help, and physicians were very professional and were able to address my medical concerns and helped to cure my injuries! The wait time was good. Great Urgent Care Center to consider if you have medical needs.
If you’re looking for a visit that’s quick, this is the place. Other than that, I’m not a fan on how they handle professionalism. Both the MA and Doctor did not ask me to confirm my name and birthday. It seems tedious but that’s something that is important. They could’ve thought I was someone else but not know because they didn’t ask. The Doctor came in but didn’t say who he was. He asked what my concerns were and prescribed me medication which I’m thankful for. Overall, I think the visit was around 20-25 minutes. Personally, I would not want to go again just because they didn’t make sure I was their correct patient, that’s important to me and making sure no HIPAA violations are made.
Katherine or Katie was rude. She didn’t want me to sit down even though I had a cane. She asked for my insurance for workers comp and I told her I can give her the information to call. She said well you didn’t have to write down the info. I asked for someone else cause she gave attitude. And then she kept going. I went to leave. She proceeded to give me a passive aggressive have a good day and good bye. How disgusting. I raised my voice and told her that was horrible and that’s not how patients should be treated
