Friendly staff. No long wait times. And very knowledgeable with what they do. The last thing someone would won't when not feeling well and needing medical attention is nasty attitude from staff members or Doctors. This place and the Doctors are very patient and calm and make you feel welcomed. Had a great experience would highly recommend this place!!!

I cannot recommend Centers Urgent Care of Flatbush enough! I came in with a frustrating ear wax issue and was blown away by how quickly they took care of me. There was absolutely no paperwork hassle, and they admitted me immediately upon arrival. The specialist I saw was incredible—highly efficient, professional, and resolved the issue in no time at all. If you want top-tier medical care without the typical long waits and bureaucratic headaches, this is the place to go. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I was in and out the doctor was so nice I had doctor Aundre Walker. Amazing doctor explained everything to me thoroughly. I highly recommend this urgent care. Unfortunately I had a problem with City MD as they didn't take my insurance I have straight Medicaid so they turned me away. I came here and experienced amazing professionalism. If City MD does not take your insurance try to come here they are much better. Thank you for your service

The service was very quick & efficent.Not wasting time & Money in a hospital emergcy room.All I wanted to was to know if I have a fracture on my finger. I went to 2 other places being Mother's day & being Sunday evening the X ray technicias left the place. The X Ray report was fast. I got the report from the radiologist very fast on my email. I would recommrnd this place.

Son need stitches over his eye. Came here based on Google reviews. Service was super polite, fast and professional from the desk staff to the Nurse Practioner. Monday evening around 7pm, no wait and street parking was available. Many thanks to this care center.

I arrived at the urgent care. Everyone was nice and very friendly. They’re very fast. No complaints about that. My only complaint is that they completely misdiagnosed me. I came in with pains of my left arm. I felt like it was broken. They x-rayed it and told me it was not broken. I thought that couldn’t be possible because of the excruciating pain and because I wasn’t able to turn my arm around, so I sent the x-rays to a doctor and they said to go to the ER immediately it is in fact, broken and that I need a splint. They weren’t even gonna really give me a slink for my arm. The PA gave it to me as a just in case you make me comfortable. I went to Coney Island Hospital. They redid the x-rays they splinted my arm. They confirmed again that it was completely broken and now I have to wait for my ortho appointment so I feel like I paid $50 for no reason actually to get misdiagnosed and then go pay a $200 co-pay at an ER.

The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. Dr. Stephanie Kraemer listened carefully to my concerns, conducted a thorough examination, and referred me for X-rays. It was very convenient that the X-rays were done on-site and immediately. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

Had a horrible ear infection. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and the staff were very professional, polite and caring. I am 100% better now and I really just want to say thank you to the staff for the help they provided me. Definitely recommend this location.
