I had a very positive experience at this facility recently. I came in to get some blood work done and also needed to consult with a urologist. The staff was professional and the coordination between the lab work and the specialist visit was handled efficiently.
The office was clean, and the wait time was reasonable for an urgent care setting. It is a reliable spot in Brooklyn if you need specialized care or quick diagnostic testing without the hassle of a hospital ER. I would definitely recommend them for their thoroughness and convenience.
I always have a wonderful experience at this urgent care. Taking my children here as well! The front desk staff are welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The wait time less than 5mins, rooms are clean!
The doctors are knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed.

I recently visited an urgent care facility and had a very positive experience. The place was impressively clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and would highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need.
I was in a bind to get my CDL med cert renewed for a job offer and it needed to happen the same day on a weekend. Most places were closed. I called them and they took me in. The DR was really good at her job, kind and fun to talk to. The staff was stellar as well. Highly recommend!
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Urgent Care team for their professionalism and kind attitude. I was seen fairly quickly, and the staff were polite, calm, and very caring. The doctor listened attentively, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and reassured.
The clinic was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. It is clear that they truly care about their patients and their well-being. I am very satisfied with my visit and would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to others.

Great experience! I called ahead after a dog bite, and the staff was helpful and professional both on the phone and in person. The doctor was wonderful and handled my care perfectly. Clean office and great service highly recommend.😇
I was so pleased with this establishment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the front desk staff immediately. I waited no more than 5 min which was a blessing. The nurse asked all the necessary questions and took my vitals. Shortly after the doctor came in. She was actually fabulous which was a pleasant sight. The doctor was quick and efficient. My needs and also filled out my slip for work. They were the definition of urgent Care!!! The care I received was urgent; if i ever need care again i will be returning!!
Dr. Kim didn’t take me seriously. While asking for the address to the nearest ER she took a personal phone call and didn’t care how I was feeling. I thank one of the receptionist who helped me get the correct location. I would do my best to avoid this urgent care.
