I want to share my experience At the dermatology center for myself in being treated, the two reception ladies are outstanding hard workers and very professional and a very efficient in getting you the accurate information you need to be seen and make your visit very easy. My experience with the Dr was outstanding and incredible Dr keean It’s outstanding he’s fast thorough. He knows his stuff it made me feel extremely comfortable, and the nurses and his assistance are very professional and efficient and no their stuff as well. I’m blessed to have found a wonderful team that takes care of me and knowing that I feel 100% fulfilled when I leave the office I highly recommend this team to everyone or anyone who has to be seen for dermatology they are the best.
Kenan Arkawi and Dr Krase are both exceptional people. And their entire staff is professional and knowledgeable! I’ve been a patient for many years and had about 10 procedures , including several Moh’s surgery and it was a very positive experience
I was referred here by my primary care to see Kenan Arkawi. The office staff were very quick to get me checked in and I waited less than 10 minutes for my appointment (I arrived pretty close to my appointment time so they weren't late in calling me back). The MA Lee R was super kind and professional in getting me situated (you know when you meet someone and you just click? I appreciated that). I didn't have to wait very long for Arkawi and his team---they were all very quick and he answered the few questions I had. I liked being in and out of the office quickly yet didn't feel rushed. Thank you!
I called on a Friday, had an appointment for following Monday. Dr. Arkawi was quick to identify my rash as Shingles, he prescribed oral meds and a topical lotion and had his assistant take photos for the records. He did not rush thru the session and allowed me to ask questions until I was satisfied that we have a plan for prevention of another outbreak. This was my 3rd visit to this office, and I have been happy with every visit.
The facility that I actually have my skin cancer screwings is English Dermatology, Desert Ridge branch. It is conveniently located north of the Pima Freeway at Tatum Blvd. & Rose Garden Lane in north Phoenix. I guess it is affiliated with the Center for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. The clinic is clean, comfortable, and there is ample parking. This was my second treatment by physicians assistant Kenan Arkawi and I have only positive things to say about the facility, staff, and Kenan. My appointment started on time and I was in the waiting room less than five minutes before being escorted to the exam room. I filled out all the usual paperwork online, which allowed for a very brief check-in at the front desk. As always, the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Kenan has always been very courteous, professional, approachable, and efficient as-well-as patient when addressing my questions and concerns and encouraged me to express my concerns and ask questions as well.
Rude and aggressive staff, severely over-charging for services, zero explanation on those bills, and refusing to release my medical records to my new (and better!) Dermatologist. Horrible!!
Kenan and his team were very fast, efficient, friendly, and professional, as usual! We won't go anywhere else but with Kenan as we have for many years!!
