I've had good experiences with the doctors. However, I book early appointments because I need them to be on time. My appointment was at 8:15 and I left at 8:40 without being seen. The person before me had an 8:00 am appointment and the reason for not seeing her until 8:20 was "they are getting your room ready." The office staff's inability to prepare a room for their first appointment of the day should not be the reason for me having to choose between rescheduling or being late for work.
Best experience ever! Every staff member I encountered was very welcoming, friendly, professional! Dr. Rasmussen and his assistant went above and beyond to figure out my issues and came up with a solution to clear me up! I am so excited for the outcome and they are definitely stuck with me for here on out!!
Melinia is a gem. I have had a spot on my nose and have had many treatments to try to remove it. Melinia finally did it using a V-beam and I am so grateful. Even though I could tell she was busy, she answered all of my questions and was very helpful and understanding of my situation.
Both times I went to the Scottsdale location the office was behind and I had to wait a significant amount of time to get into the back rooms after my appointment. However, I am so happy they solved my problem that I really don't care how long I had to wait. Just be prepared.
Long time customer, and extremely satisfied. They do a great job managing their appointments and have a great on time performance and follow up. The in house MOHS and Plastic Surgery are great for one stop treatment when needed. And they always ask if I have any questions at the end of an appointment, which is a great quality indicator. Highly recommended.
Support staff was friendly and efficient. Melinda (PA-C) ran on time- was thorough in her evaluation and explained the exam- testing- and possible treatments very well. She was pleasant and was able to express kindness and her extensive dermatological knowledge in the care she provided. Very happy with my routine screen and visit.
Dr Jain and her staff are very thorough and professional. The only comment that needs to be address is following through in processing prescriptions. It took two days for my prescription to be called into the pharmacy after I called to find out why it wasn’t sent in.
Took care of me quickly. Doctor and assistant were thorough and professional. They also,most importantly, made me feel comfortable throughout the exam.
My appointment with Dr. McCracken went very well. I trust him with my skin health, and he’s a very nice person. Check in and out was seamless and easy.
