My daughter had a truly wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment we arrived, the staff made her feel comfortable and cared for. The hygienist was patient, gentle, and took the time to explain each step in a way that eased her nerves. The dentist was warm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough, making sure she felt safe and understood throughout the visit. The office is clean, welcoming, and clearly focused on creating a positive environment for kids. We left with my daughter smiling and confident—something every parent hopes for. I’m grateful for the exceptional care and highly recommend this practice.
I needed an emergency retainer remake, and my home location was unfortunately closed and unable to help. However I’m so grateful that the people at the Walzem location was able to quickly accommodate my last minute appointment. The tech Ricardo is seriously amazing, he was able to make my retainer perfectly comfortable in no time. If I ever need a retainer replacement, this is the best location to get it done! Thank you so much!
I had a great experience with Dr. Kumar. He and his assistant took excellent care of my teeth, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I recommend this dental office for dentist care and for braces as well in same location Dr. Nagori, he is one of the best orthodentist in San Antonio.
When i came to celebrate dental and braces walzem location , i hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years. I didn’t know what to expect , but i had the most amazing service! I absolutely loved Dr. Kumar ! He explained everything well, and didn’t make me feel bad or judge me for not being to the dentist in so long. This location worked with my budget and didn’t pressure me to buy or add on things that were not necessary. I’m very greatful for this office and Dr Kumar 🥰 would most definitely recommend!
I had such a great experience getting my braces! From the very beginning, the staff made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves.
The whole process has been smoother than I expected, and I’ve noticed such a big improvement in my smile already. Everyone is always friendly, patient, and professional, and they truly care about their patients.
Appointments are quick and well-organized, and they always make sure I’m doing okay and answer any questions I have.
I’m so happy I chose them for my braces journey definitely recommend to anyone thinking about it!
It was a long process , but definitely worth the wait! Doctor and staff are very friendly and do their best to get you in and out fast!

The doctor told me having a permanent retainer would be beneficial in keeping my teeth from shifting, so I paid the extra cost and that was that. Until 3 days later when I noticed the bonding came undone and the wire was moving. The doctor and clinic were aware I lived out of state. It would have been more wise to inform me to get the retainer in my home state Wisconsin for any future issues. Today I went to get the wire rebonded to my tooth when they informed me it was a total of 3 that became unbonded from the teeth. 3 came loose in not even a full week! I understand the clinic had a warranty available, however the cost to purchase a plane ticket would have been much more than just paying what I paid today. I contacted the clinic for some kind of reimbursement and nope nothing can be done, but I’m more than welcome to come back and get any future issues fixed. Granted I pay the cost to go back down South of course. For anyone moving out of state in the middle of treatment do not pay to get the permanent retainer done there when they remove your braces. You are much better off getting it done in your home state. Also I understand there can be issues that arise, but after 6 days is ridiculous!!! Now I’m out more money than I originally paid.
I just got my braces off today after 2 years, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! From the very first appointment to the last, the entire experience was amazing. The staff was always so welcoming, kind, and professional—they made me feel comfortable every single visit. The orthodontist is truly incredible at what he does. He was patient, attentive, and always took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process stress-free.
You can really tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. My smile looks better than I ever imagined, and I’m so grateful for the care and dedication I received. I highly recommend this office to anyone considering braces or orthodontic treatment. You won’t regret it!
Completed my braces treatment at this location. Staff was very professional and made sure I was well taken care off. I have had an amazing experience coming here and my end result is phenomenal. My teeth look the best they have ever looked. I highly recommend this location, if planning to get braces. 10/10 experience.
