This was my 1st visit to CareNow Urgent Care on W. Hildebrand, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. The staff was attentive, courteous, and took the time to really listen instead of making me feel rushed.
The provider explained everything clearly, made sure my questions were answered, and I truly felt like they cared about helping me feel better. It's not often you leave an urgent care feeling this well taken care of, but that's exactly how I felt.
Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience. I highly recommend CareNow on Hildebrand to anyone looking for quality care from people who truly care about their patients.
I had an excellent experience with this nurse practitioner Crockett during my DOT physical. She was professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out was her willingness to stay late after hours to make sure all of my paperwork was completed correctly and taken care of before I left. That level of dedication and care is hard to find these days. They made the process smooth, stress-free, and showed genuine concern for helping me get everything done on time. I truly appreciate the extra effort and highly recommend them to anyone needing a DOT physical or medical care.
Great experience at urgent care! Joe, the MA, was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Crockett was knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to address my concerns. I truly appreciated the excellent care and would highly recommend this clinic.
My experience with the West Hildebrand Team was very good. Mark and Joe were very helpful. Mark helped me set up my account and Joe took extensive notes to generate my history. Nurse Practitioner Crockett was attentive and asked good questions. She identified the potential problem I was having and referred me for followup tests. Her directions to me were very clear and I greatly appreciated that. Good team and experience for me.
NP Crockett is AMAZING!!! She's quick, thorough, has a great attitude and is very friendly. The entire staff was great from the second we walked in to the second we left 😀 Will definitely be going back when we need an Urgent Care.
My go to for VA urgent care out in the community. Always easy to check-in online after initially providing info on your very first visit and always seen within 5-10 minutes of arriving. Staff is great!
Everyone at the clinic has very nice, friendly, efficient and skillful. I felt like I was in and out very fast and they met all my needs. NP Mitsie made me feel heard and she thought not only of now but the future. I was very happy with the experience. The MA Abel and Alexandra were also very friendly. Overall 10/10.
E. Crockett and staff were excellent. My first experience at Meth Urgent Care was superbly, and totally excellent. E. Crockett was very caring and felt like family. Five Star Plus to her staff. I will lightly recommend this location to family and friends.
