The doctor who I’ve seen here before is always rushing me. She Does not listen to the patients and when you try to advocate for yourself she shuts it down and says “I think it is this and this is what I’m treating you for. “ gives you the paperwork and sends you on your way. All symptoms matter, regardless if it’s a lot or pre-existing conditions. They all matter when it’s pertaining to the area the issue is. According to the paperwork it was P. Potts that I was seen by. I never caught her name when she entered the room. Nor do I ever leave reviews to places, but I feel like I was not heard. I feel dismissed. I know this is an urgent care. I know this is NOT an ER (which she threw in my face about three times, if not more), but I’m not feeling well and I came here to get seen. I also asked about an X-ray for the pressure in my head that has been an issue for years (I have a previous concussion from 2023 and a pineal cyst as well as other issues like TMJ and issues with my inner ear. ) and was the main reason I was here. “We don’t do X-rays for the head.” Mind you they have a sign outside that says Concussion Testing now available. SMH. I’ve been going to this urgent care since I was a kid, Way before it’s name was changed to CareNow. I don’t think I’m coming back either.
Quick and fast service. From the time I entered, the desk attendant was smiling, cheerful and answered question. The nurse called my name and took vitals. Then PA Pzeyton came to see my problem I came in for. I would recommend this place.
The only reason the clinic did not get a 5 star review is simply because of the rude MA they had working there. He made me feel bad for choosing their clinic. He said “you use the pharmacy where there is a care now literally within walking distance” he was not joking, he made me feel like it was a put out to see me. The doctor and front desk staff were amazing.
Martha at the front desk was amazing she greeted us helped with signing in. Very professional.
Nurses were so funny and very warm welcoming Selena and Rene absolutely wonderful. Monica explained everything to the t what happen what Vincent needed to do for his foot injury absolutely loved this urgent care facility this was a fantastic friendly and professional highly recommend. Thank yall so much.
This facility has lost all its respect. The waiting room wreaks of urine as if homeless reside there, the back rooms are no better. There are so much germs there, if you aren't sick, you will leave sick. Two days ago I walked in with a respiratory infection, after several days of ineffective over the counter medications were not helping me at home. They prescribed the same "over the counter medications". Two days after that I got worse, the infection spread to my throat and ears and green mucous miserable! They said, "Go to an ER if you need more help." They push you away, take your co-pay, take your insurance money and they hang up when you call to question their treatment methods. There are more than one physician there, I'm assuming they are contracting days to practice there as if renting an office space. So, each medical attendee/Physician/Assistant want you to return again when you are not cured, so they can bill your insurance again for an office visit. Do not waste your time going there. They dont hear your medical complaints, they process you in and out as they are feeling their pockets. They forget why they are there. And the front desk clerks, poor women looked spooked or scared like hostages that cant smile or be courteous.
It was an awesome experience, checked in online and was taken back quickly when I arrived. I was seen by NP Villagram who was thorough, concise, knowledgeable and polite.
My first time here 2/1/26. The check in person was great, but the nurse in the back, made a comment that he was told Sundays are slow and that he kept hearing the bell from the door go off and it was interrupting his homework. I thought to myself sorry.. Finally the PA came in to see me briefly, told me the effects I was having could be the beginning stages of an upper respiratory infection. I thought ok, she’ll prescribe me meds to try and stop it before it gets worse.. nope! Just suggested I just purchase over the counter meds.
I should have waited for the urgent care I normally visit, sadly they are closed on Sundays. But I went to get 2nd option, the end result, a bad throat infection, so bad that’s the reason for my ears being in so much pain. Got a shot and a prescription to help fight it.
Ii wish I could get my co payment back- but it is what it is.
my last visit was ok until the np harlan prescribed wrong medication for my son. i probably called them 5 times that they can fix the medicine and finally they said we sent the right one i can go get it. after waiting at the pharmacy for 30min they said my med is not here and i found out the urgent care sent it to the wrong pharmacy ohh god i was so frustrated especially to see my son in pain and they been so careless about the situation.i defenitely never go back there anymore.
