From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt genuinely cared for. The receptionist greeted me with such kindness and warmth that it immediately put me at ease, something that makes a huge difference when you’re not feeling your best.
The nurse who took my vitals was equally impressive; professional, attentive, and incredibly compassionate. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
And the doctor, she was truly outstanding. Their expertise and confidence were evident, but what stood out most was how thoroughly they listened and took the time to explain my concerns in a way that made me feel informed and reassured.
This team delivers not just excellent care, but a truly welcoming experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Excellent urgent care. I was seen really fast...and there were 3 ahead of me. Greeted by a very friendly young lady and seen by 'Kaitlan" (PA) who was very thorough and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Triage nurse was also great. An excellent team.

I had a great experience thanks to Irene at CareNow Urgent Care. She was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional throughout my visit. Even though urgent care visits can sometimes feel stressful, she made the whole process smooth and easy. I really appreciated how quickly she handled everything without making me feel rushed. Excellent service—thank you, Irene!
I apologized for having to be a walk in but Ruben was very friendly and helpful and got me started with the process. Didn't have my phone to complete the process so he took my ID and assisted with finishing up with everything. Had to wait only about 20 mins and then I was taken back for the preliminary readings and questions. Saw PA Miller in about 5 mins. He listened to how I had been feeling, made sure I was not have it major pain or discomfort, did the normal physical checks and observations and then had the prescription sent to our pharmacy. Very effient process. Would recommend to folks in the are if the need arose.
Check in and pay,explain my situation am told they don't have the equipment to go somewhere else. The nurse who saw me never looked at problem just sent me to another care now saying they had what I needed and got there and the lovely Dr Kessler found what I needed and fixed me up.
Irene did an amazing job with the whole check in process with my child I would recommend this place. My son did very well with them especially with the nurse Meghan and then the provider could have had more patience. I’m better table side manners the staff was very nice and efficient.

I recommend this location. They are very fast, efficient and very helpful.. if you have any questions, Irene is pretty right on with helping you.
Irene was amazing, she was attentive and very patient with me as I navigated the system in order to sign in and get seen. I work in customer service as well and I rarely give compliments to my peers. However, Irene stood out amongst her peers by exemplifying exceptional customer service skills as well as noteworthy problem solving skills. She deserves a raise stat!!!
