Everything was so easy check-in was easy. The payment was easy. The physician assistant was very thorough. Explained everything in great detail very nice urgent care facility and recommend it to anybody. I need to.‼️

The service here was not good. I informed the lady that I had a $50 co-pay, but she said that because it was Sunday, they had to charge $100. I mentioned that I had the $50 co-pay on my wellness card, and she said she needed to get approval. I waited, and when the lady in front of me returned, she said I had to leave a credit card on file. I repeated that I only had a wellness card, but she simply said, “Well, sorry, that’s what she said.”

My name is Ruby Garcia my first time at this Care now Urgent Care very sweet people inside very clean. The Doctor Who attended me was awesome. I don’t know his name. He had an accent and wear glasses. Oh my God he was awesome… He cared and was concerned what was going on with me. I had an upper respiratory infection for a while now I greatly appreciate everything you did for me. I will be back and give this man 10 stars oh, and very quick. To see u .. The clinic was on Fairmont check them out very nice people …

The service was fantastic. Friendly staff and we didn’t wait long. My only issue is they charge $500 just for being a new patient. Then additional for flu and covid swabs. Since the billing was done at the facility, they should make people aware beforehand that it cost that much for new patients. I paid $100 before being seen and had to pay the balance to walk out.

🚩 Please review your bill carefully if you visit this clinic. My visit was very brief, yet I was billed under a high-level code that did not reflect the service I received, resulting in a significantly higher charge than expected. When I raised concerns, the issue was not resolved. I strongly recommend asking upfront how your visit will be billed (insurance vs. out-of-pocket) and requesting an itemized bill. If something doesn’t look right, question it immediately. Sharing my experience so others can be informed and avoid unexpected bills.

My first visit here was great and I was taken care of amazingly. Although I ended up having to come back on the 6th of march for an injured finger that I felt was fractured. Well the doctor took X-rays and reassured me that there was no fracture. And I could take the splint of in a couple of weeks. Well I did and my finger was still swollen and hurting so I got a second opinion and my finger is most definitely fractured so here I paid this urgent care $60 to be misdiagnosed and could have potentially messed my finger up more than what it already was with the doctor telling me that it was not fractured and it was just Sprained. I would really like to talk to someone in charge of this Urgent care because this is ridiculous that almost a 21 days later, my finger is still not right due to being not told the correct information. I suggest you guys just go to a real hospital although urgent care is fast And they get you out of there quick please be mindful that the information that they give you guys is not always true. They’re taking your money and they’re telling you whatever you would like to hear just to get you out of there. I feel like I was bamboozled out of my $60 and not taken care of correctly. I did have a review on there. They gave them a great review but I took it down due to this incident. This is really ridiculous and horrible due to me possibly injuring my finger even more with the doctor telling me to take the splint off in two weeks saying that it’s not fractured in an actuality my finger is fractured. Here are the findings for my second opinion. DIGIT 3 LEFT (MIDDLE) 03/26/2026 4:44 Result Narrative: EXAM: DIGIT 3 LEFT (MIDDLE), 3 Views HISTORY: Pt c/o left middle finger pain form injury FINDINGS: Acute hairline fracture extends transversely through the mid body of the distal phalanx. Associated soft tissue swelling.

This place billed me weeks later after my appointment with no consent. They saved my card information and billed me because supposedly my insurance wasn’t active… which IT IS!!!! No phone call… no warning just billed out of pocket amount on top of having already paid a co pay. I mean they have a copy of the insurance … and still got it wrong. Other issue is that they misdiagnosed by daughter. They said she didn’t have an ear infection. I took her to PCP next day and she did in fact have a double ear infection.
