This was my first visit and here. I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t get an appointment with either of Drs. A co-worker recommended this place and it was close to my job. Everyone was so welcoming and polite. Wait time wasn’t long at all. Although it’s a lil drive from my house, I’d take the drive to come here again. Great experience.

CareNow on Broadway is my new favorite healthcare provider. They saw me quickly, ran several tests onsite, and provided the prescriptions I needed. I ran into pushback from my pharmacy re: insurance issues, and they telephoned the pharmacist to push the process forward. Staff are personable, professional, and efficient. My visit was a caring and friendly experience.

Staff were extremely nice. Had the pleasure of seeing NP Geneve Mendoza-Olguin & she exceeded all expectations with her attention to detail and good bedside manner. Staff had my prescriptions sent maybe 30 mins after leaving. Would highly recommend.

Very clean clinic receptionist was super sweet and helpful. No wait at all. The dr. was amazing. She even remembered me from a previous visit and I do not go that often so that really meant a lot to me. I Highly recommend !!!!

Excellent service all around. Courteous and efficient attention from the Front desk. Compassionate, caring and extremely professional attention from Ms. J. Bruce, Ms. Mary and the X-ray technician. Ms. Bruce was thorough beyond my expectations. She is a gem and leads the team with encouragement and extreme Grace. She is truly and Instrument of Peace, Love and Light! Impressive and I am beyond grateful.

My initial visit was on 4/28. To start off the front desk receptionist was pretty clueless the entire time of how to deal with my insurance. I waited at least 30 minutes so I could get checked in. Once I made my way inside, I waited for the physician. Once the physician came in she evaluated my concern in less than 5 minutes and seemed pretty careless of my concerns. The physician eventually left the room and came back with a prescribed medicine. She lacked to give me detailed instructions over how to use the medication, not even asking me before stepping away and only saying “you’re good to go”. I thought to myself maybe she’s busy and has to deal with another patient. As I walk out the room I look down the hallway and I see the physician having a non-work related conversation with another employee - giggling and laughing. I thought this was extremely unprofessional, and did not feel safe leaving as I still had many concerns regarding the reason of my visit. I receive a call on 4/29 by the same front desk receptionist that took care of me in my initial visit. In this call, the receptionist states to me that I have a scheduled follow up to attend to on 4/30. I clearly asked during this phone call if the follow up visit was included with the first payment on my first visit. The receptionist said the follow up was absolutely included and even suggested I come in the day she called me on 4/29 if my symptoms got worse. I thanked her for the call as I didn’t know I had a follow up appointment included and told her I would be in on 4/30. Upon my arrival on 4/30 this morning, the same receptionist that I’ve been dealing with asked me if I was doing “self pay”. I looked at her confused as she had previously told me over the phone to come in today and that the follow up was indeed already payed for in the first visit. I just said “Okay” and walked away as my frustration was greater. This has to be the worst urgent care/ medical center I have ever visited. I definitely do not recommend, the receptionist is clueless of her job, the physician is careless that took care of me was careless. Horrible experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent experience! Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and efficient. I hardly had to wait at all. Was in and out in no time. Clean and pleasant space. Would go back the next time I need urgent care.

Excellent care team! Wonderful customer service! Nice and comfortable waiting room and medical room. Was in and out (includes wait, doc visit, lab results) in 45 minutes. Thanks Receptionist Amanda S, Nurse Staff Mark & Mazivah, and Dr Mendoza. Highly recommend!
