I’ve been coming to Brident for my dental care, and Stephanie has been my hygienist. Every visit, she greets me with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism. She is incredibly compassionate, takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable, and always explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand.
Stephanie truly goes above and beyond to make each appointment a positive experience. Her attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care for her patients are unmatched. If you’re looking for a hygienist who is both highly skilled and truly cares about the people she treats, I highly recommend Stephanie. She is one of the main reasons I continue coming back to Brident.
Good experience. The assistants, Jenni and Perla were really gentle and patient with my kids who have had a bad experience at the dentist before. The hygienist and doctor were also nice and friendly! Will definitely be coming back here for their next check up!
Ms.Malaysia and Ms.Jenni are always nice when I come. They are informative about what will be done when they call me to the back. The ladies are always nice, friendly and polite to me and my mom as well. We always get in and out when we come to our appointments.
My first time coming and all I can say 5/5 recommended. Rachel the front desk was very helpful and informative with my treatment plan. Michelle and Malaysia was very gentle and friendly taking my X-rays and explaining the process of what needs to be done and the doctor overall is very nice and informative. Thank you so much ladies will be back.
The dentist is very kind and professional The entire staff greeds you as you walk-in and very helpful. I had expressed to the receptionist prior concerns of another dentist and she immediately informed the team to make every perfect! The team did an amazing job with both my boys! My two boys were scared to visit a dentist. But this has changed and they came out laughing. I was explain what was necessary to do to keep a healthy dental higiene to prevent future cavities. But I was surprised that the Doctor took care of the necessary cavities at once. They were fast and worked around my busy schedule. I love this dentist and I am very picky so, I am sticking with them! I would definitely recommend this dentist on Mesa Rd and Tidwell to anyone who needs a understanding team. Who is willing work and make a pleasant experience with adults and children!
