New first timers to the office. Dr.Z and staff were great! Friendly people. My daughter and I felt comfortable and received knowledgeable information for healthy/healthier teeth and gums. We will return for braces for my preteen and a deep cleaning for mom(me). Thank you Dr.Z :)

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ayman Zaki and his entire team. Dr. Ayman is not only incredibly kind and approachable, but also exceptionally meticulous and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain every step of the process, which really builds trust and makes you feel at ease. What stood out most to me is his attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and strives for the best possible outcomes. The staff are equally wonderful—professional, friendly, and very organized, making every visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Ayman Zaki to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist. You’ll be in great hands.

The front ladies are very nice & helpful. Got a appointment right away & Dr. Omar was the best with my 9yr old, he assure her & made her feel safe in his care. I appreciate when doctors explain the process & take their time with the kids. My daughter felt relief that he was explaining everything that was going to be done to her.

The receptionist was real nice. They welcome me right away. The dentist was excellent.. don't know him yet bc this appointment was a walk in discussion.. I'll be back soon. When everything get clear with the insurance.. The place was clean and calm.. BEAUTIFUL. PLACE. HOPEFULLY STAY WITH YOU DENTIST FOR A LONG TIME. THANK YOU ALL.

My daughter had an appointment at 10:30am. I questioned the receptionist why everyone that came after us got seen sooner. Her excuse was they are getting the room ready. I received a phone call at 11:15am right after I brought the issue up. I just hope they don’t try to try to charge a cancelation fee when I was clearly there. She didn’t get called until 11:20am. I really appreciate Gloria and the doctor for being so kind and sweet to my daughter which helped a lot. I left not feeling that upset like I was when I waited for almost an hour.

If you want a relaxing, calm, friendly, and educational experience at the dentist, Bedford Dental is the place to go! My husband and I had appointments yesterday as brand new patients. We read many reviews and recommendations that directed us towards Dr. Zaki. The reviews and recs were not wrong! He was so kind, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and gentle! He taught us so much about our teeth, X-rays, and procedures that no dentist has taken the time to do before. We did not feel rushed, like he had all the time in the world to make sure we felt like he answered all our questions and concerns. He made us feel very appreciated and respected as patients. We felt very safe, confident, and well cared for with him and his assistants. All of his assistants were very gentle, kind, and easy-going. Even the young ladies at the front desk were very nice and easy-going. The whole experience felt very relaxed and pleasant. The big bonus was they let my husband and I go to Dr. Zaki’s chair at the same time! So we got to be together and ask questions together. That really made us happy and comfortable. We look forward to returning in 6 months for our next routine check-up. Thank you, Dr. Zaki and team!!

This was my first time there and I felt so comfortable, the people working there were so nice and welcoming, the dentist was so kind and thorough! I highly recommend this place for people who had bad experiences at the dentist and want a good one! 5 stars!

Bedford Dental is absolutely outstanding. The entire team is kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They speak English, Spanish, and Arabic, which makes communication easy and comfortable for everyone. The facility is extremely clean and well organized, and the procedures were completely painless. The front desk staff is truly top notch, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient with scheduling and insurance. They accept all types of insurance, and there is plenty of convenient parking right in front of the office. Well worth the trip and the cost. This was a genuinely great experience, highly recommend.
