I have never known this clinic until a friend recommended. I took my immigrant mother for her denture needs. The front office are very attentive, very polite. I received at least 3 voice calls for follow up appointments. They do call several times to ensure that you don't miss your follow up appointments. Thanks for doing so. It was very helpful.
Doctor Venkat! His assistant Mona! What can I say? You are amazing professionals! My mother and I just cannot say enough "Thank You"s. You have been superb.
Doctor Venkat, the director of the dental office at Ibn-Sina was our doctor. We feel so lucky to have him as my mother's doctor. I am cure other doctors are as informed and attentive as him. He very kind, friendly, and he really cares about his patients. Not to mention he is also just fun conversationalist, and down to earth.
Mona! Doctor Venkat's assistant... OMG. She is amazing. She took care of my mothers all technical details regarding her dentures. She has a very warm personality. She made the process very easy and friendly for my mother.

For medical treatment this is a great place to go. The people from management,the front office to the doctors, nurses and assistants are very professional, helpful and friendly. Come early since it can get busy and therefore may have a longer wait time. Saturdays are available but fill up quickly. If at all possible set an appointment. But they also offer walk-ins. Most procedures, tests and check-ups can be handled the same day. Specialists require a appointment on another day. The amounts charged are very reasonable and they also take HSA cards and various insurances. Highly recommend Avicenna (Ibn Sina) Wilcrest Community Medical Clinic.
I had a very frustrating experience here.
I came in early in the morning for an X-ray because I suspected a possible fracture or dislocation in my thumb. I ended up waiting for about 3 hours (from around 7 AM to 10 AM), and the whole process was very disorganized. At one point, I was told I had already been called 20 minutes earlier, which is simply not true since I was sitting there the entire time.
The doctor visit was also disappointing. The exam was very brief, and I didn’t receive any clear explanation about what might be wrong with my thumb. Instead, I was shown a basic bandage suggestion, which didn’t feel helpful or professional.
Overall, I left feeling like my time was wasted and that I didn’t receive the level of care I expected. While they refunded the X-ray fee, they refused to refund the consultation fee, even though the visit itself was not helpful.
I would not recommend this place based on my experience. They seriously need to improve their communication and patient management.
I went twice for my kidney pain.
First I found dr.Aneesa and Thn dr. Umar and both are so much supportive and experts.
The staff was also very cooperative.
