Dr. Caleb Jones is fantastic, awesome, professional friendly, patient, and a great listener. This was my second elbow surgery since December. This, was painless to say the least. Compared to my first surgery that I had in another state, the healing process is going great. I just can't say enough great things. I'm sure there are more positive adjectives that I could say. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone who needs help.

I couldn't have asked for a better orthopedic surgeon than Dr. Jones when I broke my wrist which was a compound fracture. Dr. Jones came to the hospital the same day I broke it and did surgery on it. When I met him, I knew I was in good hands because he is not only a kind and caring person but also very professional. In my opinion, he did a perfect surgery. After 3 months of rehab and care from Dr. Jones, my wrist has completely healed. I highly recommend Dr. Jones if you need consultation on your shoulder, arm, wrist or hand. He is the best! Thank you Dr. Jones.

I had a hard time getting an appointment but once I did I was so glad I persevered. Dr Higgs is great - very personable and very straightforward - he answered all my questions and did not rush me. The staff were friendly and efficient. If you have never been to All American Orthopedics and need an Orthopedist then please go to this office - you will be very pleased.

I have been a patient for several years. I started with Dr. Matthew Higgs getting knee injections. He is terrific. After several injections the shots weren't working, so he recommended Dr. Cristin Mathew for a total knee replacement. Dr. Mathew is a miracle worker! He does minimally invasive, muscle-sparing, robotically assisted joint replacements. Boy, did that make a huge difference! I had very little pain, quick recovery and practically full range of motion in the first couple of weeks. The surgical team and the staff at the clinic are all excellent. I highly recommend them!

Appointments are ontime or early. Doctors explain every issue & answers your questions. Everyone is very professional yet they are very friendly & helpful. PT area is great. It has helped me with 2 different issues. Great place!I have been to Dr. Higgs & Dr. Holt both very good. I recommend the doctor at this clinic

In a previous experience at another medical facility they took one quick x-ray from the front and told me my knees were bone on bone. When I went to All-American, you did a variety of x-rays looking at my knees from different perspectives and positions so that Dr. Mathew was able to give me a clearer picture of what was going on with my knees. In his opinion, the best resolution of my problem was knee replacement. I told him of my recent experiences where on two occasions I experienced severe, llife=threading infections following medical/surgical procedures resulting in hospitalization and long iv antibiotics treatment. Dr. Matthew was respectful of my concerns, and arranged for me to receive gel shots in my knees with him following up on success during treatment. I am confident that I will receive a resolution to my problem by whatever means is effective. You have my confidence and thanks that I will have the best treatment available.

Courteous and professional staff. The check in and out process was a longer wait, but someone might have been out that day. Dr. Jones was kind, courteous and professional. He listened, gave options and completed the visit swiftly. I like this place. The staff never panicked with the line. They remained kind, courteous, and professional.

Dr. Caleb Jones has a great team supporting him. Peyton prepared me a few days ahead of time, going over every detail, right down to encouraging me to purchase velcrow gowns/dress. (I'm SO glad you talked me into those Peyton!) The Hospital was an excellent choice. It was clean and well staffed. Zach, my nurse, was exemplary. (I appreciate the extra care you took of me Zach, thank you from the bottomof my heart.) The anesthesiologist gave a nerve block that lasted all that first day. Heather, Dr. Jone's assistant, never lost her patience with my million questions and went out of her way to help with a pharmacy issue by calling them on my behalf. Dr. Jones, you did an outstanding job from day one. Your relaxed bedside manner, the organized teamwork of your staff, your skill as a surgeon, the use of the new pain med that kept me virtually pain free without feeling drugged, all those things make it easy for me to give you an A+! I'll tell all my social media neighbors and friends about you. My friend, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Schauder, referred me to you for a reverse shoulder replacement. I'm thankful he did. Finding you was no accident. Then I trusted both God and Dr. Schauder that you were a wise choice for me. I asked God to guide your hands and He did. Now I am asking Him to bless each of you for taking such good care of me. He will. Watch for it, it is coming.
