The entire staff was amazing so kind and understanding. Made my experience so much better and that's because I was feeling horrible. They did great.i high recommend if when you need it. Thank you to everyone there amazing customer service.

I highly recommend this urgent care, the online appointment booking was easy and it registered me online so I can just walk in. I never been here, the facility was nice and clean and the staff was really attentive, friendly and professional. The ladies in the front were really great and especially the nurses tending to me, they made me feel real comfortable. The doctor Peter was really amazing, he was straight forward and knew what was going on with me. He recommended many options to me and after getting my breathing treatment done I felt alittle better than I was and sent me home with meds to help me at home. I truly had a great experience here. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! Thank you again.

Very clean, staff was polite and welcoming. Peter the nurse was awesome and explained everything to where my kids and I understood what was going on and how each medicine did its job. Love it here!

Wow! Was impressed! I was greeted promptly, only waited about 5 mins to be taken to exam room and had vitals taken. Shortly thereafter, Provider Sherri, came in, listen intently to what I was feeling, ask questions to clarify things, examined me and recommended some Labs and X-ray after asking if I was okay with those diagnostic tools (cost conscious). Xray Tech was quick and explained everything. Sherri quickly returned with Test results and treatment plan, again conscious of cost. All my options were discussed and my questions answered in language I understood (no Doctor-ese). They didn't rush me and I felt I was their only patient! They provided me with copy of Test results and I was headed home within 45 minutes of entering clinic! Quick shout-out for Provider Sherry! She was really Awesome! Compassionate, funny, and very informative. Definitely decreased my stress level! Great Job Alamo City Urgent Care!

I love this urgent care clinic. The whole staff is extremely nice,polite,kind,and understanding . You feel truly welcome and actually really care about your health. Not to mention the super fast care and service they give you.I will always come to this clinic when I am dying sick.Thank you so much to all the staff and Dr's . Ppl who are sick really appreciate everything you do and how you all carry yourselves while treating us. Care and concern goes a long way when we are truly sick and feel like we're dying. Thank you A million times.

I had to visit this clinic a few days ago and ended up needing blood drawn and an antibiotic shot. I was lucky enough to have a lady named Rosemary that did both. I was so impressed with the way she was able to get my blood on one try. I have always been hard to get blood from. Not only did this lady get my blood on one try but I didn’t even feel it or bruise like I usually do. I saw a provider named Sherry that made me feel listened to and she was so kind. I was in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend this place because of the care these ladies provided. Thank you Rosemary and Sherry!

Once I registered online the wait time was not long. It was around 4pm on a Friday, with only 2 people ahead of me. Staff was friendly, nurses were great. The doctor that saw me was very thorough and considerate and gave me all the meds I needed to feel better from the flu and an ear infection. Will definitely come back when needed. Highly recommended.
