Great staff! From the moment I walked in, I was well taken care of right away. The nurse took me to the examination room 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. She was attentive to my needs and concerns. Dr. Williams, was great. She explained in detail the best treatment option, and I was treated right away. I was very impressed with the service I received and everything smoothly went smoothly. I highly recommend Affiliated Dermatology. Thank you!

I have had my first appointment and so far all of my needs have been met. Maybe I should of written this after my appointment 🤔 I can't believe the incompetence. I've been on Skyrizi now for 3 years. I was up for my annual renew. I got the applications from Abbvie to make it easier on the doctor to get this done. I filled out everything I could and took these forms to my appointment. I was even thanked for being so efficient. The fax number was on the top of both forms. We'll the staff sent the forms to my insurance and now there is a $1900.00 copay. I called 4 to 5 times trying to get this done. Finally after 6 weeks the staff finally got it right. Abbvie even sent them forms. Unbelievable. I couldn't of made it any easier. Then I told them doctor that I got bitten on my arm by some ants and they were not healing right. The doctor said oh it's part of the psoriasis and walked out of the room. Didn't even look at my arm. I will never go back to Affiliated. I tried them once before and same sort of problem. You need to listen to your patient.

I was very pleased with how fast and efficient the staff was at affiliated dermatology. I had an appointment the next day for a facial rash. The medical assistant and my PA were excellent and understanding. Thank you for helping me to start reducing the inflammation and rash. You’re all wonderful. I’d recommend you and your group to family and friends.

Ms Stephanie was very professional It’s nice to have someone that actually takes the time to not only listen to my concerns, but then also follows up and explains thoroughly the procedures affiliated and myself can take to keep me health and bring peace to my mind. First time visit. I saw Stephanie Schafer, NP. She is absolutely amazing and so is her assistant. I felt so comfortable. Stephanie is a true professional, is very knowledgeable and is not in a hurry. She took the time to listen to my concerns and knew exactly how to treat my skin issues. I am very thankful that I was referred to Affiliated Dermatology. I highly recommend!

I had a follow up visit originally scheduled for April 8th. Your office called before that day and told me they had to reschedule for April 29. When I arrived on the 29th, the staff told me that I had called back after they initially cancelled my visit and I had cancelled the visit on the 29th. I had not done this so I was upset. They then said I would have to reschedule again. I told them that was not fine rescheduling again and wanted to be seen that day. I even showed them my phone records for the day they said I called them to cancel the new visit on the 29th. I of course never made a phone call to your office. They did help me out and found someone to see me that day. I did appreciate that because I would not have rescheduled again. I would have gone elsewhere. The ladies at the desk were understanding and made it work. Thank you for making it work and hearing my problem. The DR. who did see me was nice and I’m not upset about this.

Everyone in the office were so nice, from checking in, to completing my visit! The staff were very attentive, helpful and did everything to make sure l was comfortable during my visit. I definitely recommend them for any of your Dermatology needs!
