Found AFC online while searching for an urgent facility. It wasn't super crowded when I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon. I called ahead to make sure my insurance was part of the network. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The medical staffs were knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend it.

Was waited on in a very reasonable amount of time with two people ahead of me. Front desk very professional. Once called, went to back for my vitals and then placed in exam room and waited around 10 minutes. Had a very thorough and knowledgeable NP who took her time with me. Altogether was very well pleased. Place was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Liveright could not follow a sentence, did not seem actually interested in providing care, and contradicted basic clinical guidance about my very obvious symptoms for a common condition that can get quite serious without early systemic intervention. He then told me to “go take a nap” and not to worry because it “would go away eventually.” I called my PCP’s after hours line because none of his advice (or the prescription he wrote) made sense, and the on-call physician was horrified. She prescribed oral antivirals immediately and thanked me for calling her when I did. UPDATE: AFC called me about this review and asked if I might update it. I did see Dr. Robinson during a prior visit and he was excellent. He was respectful, attentive, pragmatic, and he made me laugh. No notes. The desk staff are always polite, and checking in is very easy. If I could book with a specific physician, or trust that all the doctors are properly vetted, I would return to this facility in the future. Until then, I’ll be going elsewhere.

"I was able to make a visit early that morning. The staff was so professional, the space very clean. The bathroom to my surprise amazingly clean. The doctor was amazing. He reminded me of a doctor from a small town who knows his clients and cares for them. It's so rear to see Doctor's like him. Truly a treasure. Great service cannot say anything negative at all."

My son was sick @4am went to the website which was very easy to use picked a same day time which was 4 hours later. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles the medical team treated my 11 y old son with grace and care very friendly. The Dr. was very understandable easy to follow what she was saying she included me in the decision making my son was very comfortable. I highly recommend you register online you can do it on your phone it cuts out the long wait and clip board. I was in and out like a robbery lol. Highly recommended😊😊😊😊

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with an urgent care. My family and I arrived around 6:40 PM, which was over an hour before the posted closing time of 8:00 PM. We expected that if we arrived before closing, we would at least be given the opportunity to check in or speak with someone about being seen. Instead, we were immediately told that they were “fully booked” and would not be taking any more patients. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled. There were still patients inside the building, yet we were simply told that they could not help us. There was no effort to explain the process, no concern shown for why we were there, and no attempt to offer alternatives or guidance. We were basically dismissed within seconds. I understand that urgent cares can become busy and that there may be limits on how many patients can be seen in a day. However, when people come to urgent care, they are usually not there for fun. They are often sick, injured, worried, or looking for medical assistance. Being turned away more than an hour before closing with little explanation and no empathy was incredibly frustrating. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism and customer service. The interaction felt cold and uninterested, as though helping patients was an inconvenience. It honestly gave the impression that staff were more focused on winding down for the night than assisting people who came seeking care. If your facility regularly stops accepting patients long before closing because it is fully booked, that information should be made much clearer so families do not waste their time driving there only to be turned away. Better communication and a more compassionate approach would go a long way. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this urgent care. Patients deserve clear communication, respect, and basic empathy, even if the facility is unable to see them.

First time there today and it will be the last… The front desk was very nice, but after making a appointment and being taken to the back because I wasn’t feeling well… I was given a test which came back as false. Then they redid it again and then they actually forgot me in the room in the back for over an hour and a half. Then I went to the store and bought my own test and everything came back negative! So after two hours of a waist of my time, I left with no medicine and no antibiotic and have to still wait to go see my doctor this week!

Receptionist was very professional and efficient; nurses and xray technician were gentle and put me at ease; attending physician took time to listen and answered any questions. It was a very positive experience---helpful when you don't feel well. Thank you for all you do to help heal others
