I recently visited this urgent care clinic with my daughter, and I had such a positive experience from start to finish. The staff was kind, patient, and very welcoming, which immediately helped put both of us at ease. The doctor took the time to listen carefully to our concerns and made sure my daughter felt comfortable during the visit. The clinic was clean, organized, and we were seen in a timely manner. I truly appreciated how compassionate and attentive everyone was throughout the entire process. It’s never easy when your child isn’t feeling well, but the care and professionalism we received made a stressful situation much easier. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend this urgent care to other families.
An overall positive experience! Scheduling a time slot was easy and convenient. I checked in on my mobile device and was seen immediately
after paying my copay. I was evaluated by a medical assistant promptly and received a diagnosis after my sample was tested. The physician discussed a plan of care with me and electronically sent a prescription to my pharmacy. My visit was under ten minutes! I’m a very satisfied customer.
The older male doctor Is extremely unprofessional. The rest of the staff are wonderful. However, I’ve had two unpleasant experiences with this doctor. I came in because I suspected I was coming down with the flu, or common cold. But I wanted to be sure. 1st, He overdosed me with a steroid medicine for my throat. The second time that I came in, He had the nerve to say I only wanted antibiotics. I have no idea where this came from, not to mention, I have antibiotics at home. His whole attitude and demeanor were completely unprofessional and rude. Also, I was misdiagnosed, Which could’ve been because I came too early. But I indeed had strep throat.
1 star. I came in for a serious cat bite that was already swollen, warm, painful, and clearly concerning. I paid $160 out of pocket with no insurance, only to be briefly evaluated and immediately told to go to the ER without receiving any actual treatment.
I completely understand if something was outside of urgent care’s scope, especially if there was concern for tendon or joint involvement. However, based on how severe the swelling already looked, I wish I had been advised upfront that this would likely require emergency care before being charged a full visit fee.
What made the experience especially disappointing was the attitude I received when I politely asked whether any type of refund or adjustment was possible since treatment could not be provided. I was essentially told, “you came to be seen and I saw you,” in a dismissive manner. When I later called the front desk to ask about the charge, I received the same attitude instead of empathy or professionalism during an already stressful situation.
I understand policies exist, but compassion and communication matter. I would absolutely not return. Better off going directly to the emergency room where I know I will 100% get treated….
I had a great experience at this urgent care center. The front desk lady was amazing friendly, efficient, and very welcoming. I know she also does X-rays, which just shows how versatile and dedicated she is. PA Kelly was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. The young lady who did my bloodwork was gentle and made the process quick and easy. The whole team was professional and caring. Highly recommend!
Front desk lady was amazing, but I had a very negative experience with my doctor, who saw me for a total of 20 seconds. She did not explain my diagnosis in depth, and I had to keep asking questions. I felt no care at all during the appointment. She showed no desire to make sure I fully understood what I was experiencing. I went near closing time which probably impacted her attitude, but that was not on purpose, and I think someone who works in healthcare should be able to give their patients an OK experience despite leaving 5 minutes after closing. She also mentioned a cream to use but did not include that in the doctor notes at all.
From signing in to leaving the appointment was smooth sailing. Very courteous staff. The doctor we saw was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. Im sorry I forgot his name. I would highly recommend this urgent care to everyone.
I like the schedule and the PAs and DRs here. My wife works in Healthcare (not here) and honestly with my lifestyle (music, consumer electronics) I need help when I need it. Even if I don't like the answer, they are honest and ask about things my primary Dr doesnt ask about (giant scar on neck, lol). I appreciate the hours and they are quick and do everything here. Kudos!
