I had an amazing experience thanks to Georgina who helped me at urgent care. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. She made me feel comfortable, listened to all of my concerns, and treated me with so much compassion. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond to make patients feel cared for, but she definitely did. Her positive attitude and dedication made a stressful visit so much easier. Thank you for providing such outstanding care—you truly made a difference, and I hope you receive the recognition you deserve!
My daughter came in with a possible broken finger. From the moment we arrived, the Medical Assistant, Nashaly, was warm, compassionate, and made both my daughter and me feel comfortable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and showed genuine care.
The provider evaluated my daughter promptly and professionally. An X-ray was taken efficiently, and the entire visit went smoothly. Everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and respectful.
The follow-up phone call with the results was timely, thorough, and greatly appreciated. We had a great experience overall and are very grateful for the outstanding care we received.
Outstanding service. I was always concerned about my blood getting taken and getting stuck multiple times, but MA Georgina got it on one try and made me feel safe and better for phlebotomy work. 10/10 service. Will recommend my family and friends always.
Phenomenal service, the staff was very kind, caring, and attentive. I was seen right away and they even stayed open later for me, thank you so much for going above and beyond in patient care when we need it most. Highly recommended.
Filled out paperwork for 5 min. and took me right away! The MA, Felicity, very nice and compassionate. She took my blood was absolutely EXCELLENT, and I am a hard stick! Hardly felt it, and got it one try!!! Ms. Williams DNP, very nice, listened to me and compassionate!! Need to come back for X-ray, tomorrow (only because tech left already) Highly recommended facility!
Excellent care. I Was seen promptly MA: Felicity was great. Friendly and helpful while checking my vitals. Dr. Cindy Anne was so nice and professional. She answered my questions as well as my daughter’s questions. Both staff madd me and my daughter feel comfortable and safe to ask questions.
Took my Mom to AFC Urgent Care on Sunday, June 1, 2026 with persistent coughing and shortness of breath. She was seen by Cindy Williams, NP and Emilie, CNA. She was placed on oxygen, and had a CXR and bloodwork done. She was diagnosed with Pneumonia and was transferred to North Shore Hospital ED in Manhasset. She was admitted to the hospital and spent 5 days there on IV antibiotics until her discharge on Friday, June 5, 2026. I am thankful for the attention and quick response of the staff at AFC in caring for my Mom. Everyone, from Registration to Discharge from AFC, was pleasant, caring and competent. I have told many people about this experience, and will continue to recommend AFC to others!
Had a great experience bringing my mother to this urgent care thanks to Cindy, Felicity, and Mohammad. They were all very kind, professional, and welcoming. The care was fast and efficient, while still making my mother feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. Really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.
