I want to thank all the doctors, nurses, CNA’s and staff at White Memorial. Thank you Dr. Salem and the operating team for my surgery. Thank you for being so kind, caring and considerate. I want to thank the IC unit who took care of me with great care and precision. I want to thank the telemetry floor who, also took care of me. A shout out to Careen, Jewel, Desiree, Margarita, Candy and Alberto and to everyone else as well. There was so many people taking care of me. Thank you for loving what you do and doing it well!! Thank you to the chef, who cooked all my meals. You make hospital food taste great!! Thank you to the food service people for bringing the food with a smile. I was there for six days, and I just want everyone to know how grateful I am:)
On behalf of my mother, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire nursing team. They were professional, respectful, and treated her with genuine compassion and exceptional care. They even referred to her as “Mom,” treating her as if she were their own mother.
The team kept us informed throughout her care, calling regularly and providing updates from time to time.
We have never experienced such remarkable and heartfelt treatment before.
Thank you all for your kindness, dedication, outstanding care, and unwavering support during this difficult time.
For Comfort.
I had a great experience with the nurses on the 3rd floor in Room 3358, especially Krystal and Jessica.
Krystal provided some of the best care I could have asked for. She was attentive, professional, compassionate, and always made sure my needs were met. Jessica was also an excellent nurse who provided outstanding care and stayed on top of everything throughout the day. Both nurses made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my stay.
On the other hand, my experience with the Registration and Billing Department was very disappointing. I understand that I have copayments and I had already completed my registration the day before surgery and paid my copayment. However, just hours before my surgery, another staff member came to collect an additional payment. This understandably made me upset and nervous at a time when I needed to remain calm and focused on my procedure.
When I asked what happened to the first copayment I had already made, the representative was unable to explain it. The only response I received was, "Oh, I see you have two cases." I found this confusing and unprofessional, especially given the timing right before surgery. Patients should not have to deal with billing confusion while preparing for a major medical procedure.
Aside from that experience, everyone else was wonderful. The medical staff, especially Krystal and Jessica, provided exceptional care and made my overall hospital experience a positive one. I am very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication.
I had an excellent experience at White Memorial Hospital from the moment I checked in until the completion of my moms procedure. The staff in the waiting area and throughout the facility were very welcoming, and the hospitality was outstanding. The nurses were extremely attentive, caring, and professional, making us feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit. Most importantly, Dr. Jimenez took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer my questions, and provide clear information regarding follow-up care.
Thank you to Dr. Jimenez and the entire staff for your kindness, exceptional hospitality, and dedication to patient care. Your hard work and compassion are truly appreciated.
This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had having any type of medical procedure. Everyone and I mean everyone was kind funny smiling. The doctor was great. I lost my cell phone and someone turned it in to security. Parking was easy and they even gave me jello after my procedure.
I had my baby here at White Memorial Hospital in November 2025. I cannot thank the nurses and doctors and all the staff here enough. You are all amazing 👏 This was my third pregnancy and I wish I would have delivered here for my other two pregnancies. The check-in lady was so sweet and my nurses were amazing as I waited to get a delivery room. They always helped me when I needed it and kept checking on my baby the whole time. And omg while I was waiting another girl came in with extreme pain and the nurses quickly sent her for emergency csection. They were so quick and informative while still keeping her calm. I overheard everything and this made me feel so relieved. I knew if anything were to happen to me my nurses will be on top of it.
Anyways, after I went to my delivery room I was assigned another nurse. There was later a shift change and everything was soo smooth. They communicate so well. My nurse provided them all the details of my care and I was so thankful for that. My new nurses were so welcoming and were there for me when I needed them. I am beyond thankful for them. I really needed help like in the restroom and stuff and I never felt bad for asking for help. Like they were really welcoming. I met my doctors after and they were very informative and helped my baby come out safely. I had a quick delivery so was sent to my room after. And my new nurses were so helpful. I cannot be more thankful. If you are wondering if you should have your baby here this is your sign.
You wont regret it. They let me sleep at night. They rarely came in. They did all the tests they needed in the morning and did their best to get me out of the hospital on time. When I left I had my babies temporary medical and everything. Like they did everything ! 😬😬😬😬😬😬 Thank you Thank you Thank you all! Forever grateful 🙏
It was a really good experience. I got my first mammogram.
The technician that did mine was so nice and kind and didn't make you feel terrible. Very nice person I love being treated like that. Honestly, I wouldn't mind doing it again in the future. This is a place you'd want to go to. The whole office staff was super kind and you need that when you're going through things like this.Thank you so much
I am truly disappointed in the service I got not only did I Wait hours which was expected. I was blindsided when the doctor was telling me that everything was good. He couldn’t find where the pain was stemming from, but that I Blood in my urine and to him that was cancer until I underwent test with a neurologist. No cancer is a big word to be fling around like nothing, especially when I asked if he had any evidence or if any test came out bad and his answer was no. The emotion of stress that puts on one is awful and I hope that when doctors talk to patients, they’re more careful with their words.
