My sister has a broken back (in two places) and a broken wrist from an extremely traumatic car accident. Her appointment was scheduled for 10:30 and wasn’t taken back until 11:40. Not only did they do ZERO X-Rays. But the doctor was extremely rude, didn’t answer any questions, was extremely short, and on top of that—he gave absolutely NO PLAN as to where we go from here. Didn’t give a plan to how she’s gonna heal, didn’t give a plan as far as PT or limitations. Absolute laziness and incompetence!!! What exactly are your doctors getting paid for??? I would have gave zero stars if I could
I had very little wait time. A male nurse kept things light hearted before the injection & Dr. Turley was great. All in all a very good visit
plus I feel so much better.
I received a bill in the mail telling me that I owed x amount of dollars. Because they've only billed one of my two insurances. I don't owe them a penny! I have to go through the nightmare of trying to actually contact somebody there and it's a clown show! When I finally get to the option for billing and press the number for that it, it drops the call. Multiple attempts. At one point I'm actually supposed to be able to leave a message it said after the tone. There was no tone. And the line went dead. I called another time and left a message and I wanted to review my message and it dropped the call. I called another time and it asked me to leave a message and there was no opportunity to send the message. And it just goes on and on and on. If they want their money they can fix it because I'm not calling them again. This is an absolute utter insult to the patient. Their phone service is one of the worst I have ever encountered...not just billing!
I saw Steve Adlier and I had a great experience as usual with Steve I find him very helpful and very knowledgeable and I will continue to see him for my medical treatment as I will continue to see Dr Turley and his whole team I followed Dr Turley from Springerville AZ and I have been his patient for over 10 years and I go down every month traveling 4/6 hours one way and will continue to do so because he is a great Dr and person and so is Steve Adlier and there team I couldn’t ask for better! Thank you for always being there

I’ve been going there for years with Dr. Martinez Dr. Hollister. and all the other doctors that I have seen. They have been nothing but Great to me however I did have a lot of issues with the insurance that has nothing to do with doctors and now that I understand the process of the insurance a I will definitely recommend to other people
I have extreme low back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia, a non- union fracture in my rib and bone spurs in my feet. This doctor refused to give me any pain medication unless I agreed to make him more money by doing injections. I told him I don’t do injections because in the past I have and they just made my back worse. Terrible way to try to strong arm people into getting injections. Yikes
