We are so grateful to have such an amazing pediatrician for our daughter! From the very first visit (2021), they have been kind, patient, and truly attentive to our concerns. They always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure we feel comfortable and informed. Our daughter feels at ease during every appointment, which says so much about the care and compassion they provide.
The entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. It's such a relief knowing our daughter is in such capable and caring hands. We highly recommend this practice to any family looking for a pediatrician who genuinely cares about their patients. Thank you for everything you do Dr. Morissette!
We couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter receives from Dr. Morgan and Dr. Rockett! Both doctors are absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. They take the time to answer all of our questions, never make us feel rushed, and always make sure we feel confident and comfortable with every decision.

We’ve been with A thru Z Pediatric since our first child was born 12 years ago, and we’ve always had a great experience. We know Dr. Rayala stays busy, so most of our visits have been with Kristi Olivares (PNP), Rollie Rockett (PNP), and Katelin Morrissette. They are absolutely amazing, and I have so much respect for them. They always take their time, listen, and make sure my kids feel comfortable. My kids love them, and that says a lot as a parent. All of the nurses and receptionists are also so kind and welcoming every time we come in. Even though we live closer to the Westover Hills location, we will always choose the Ewing Halsell location because they are truly the best!
We have 3 kids all under the age of 4. We’ve taken all 3 boys to A thru Z at the medical center. Dr. rocket is THE BEST! We love him and honestly we only go here because of him. Sometimes the ladies were not very helpful on the phone but that has improved in the past year. There is one nurse there who’s really great too, I don’t know her name but I really do like her and she’s really good with the kids. Overall I really appreciate Dr. Rocket and continue to take my kids there specifically for him. He listens to my concerns, he does not dismiss them. He’s always very attentive and answers all questions I have and allows me to make my own decisions on when I want to do certain things and does not push back or give me grief. As some other doctors have.
This was the first place we went to when we moved to San Antonio and we love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. Kristi Olivares is great with my kids. She shows a genuine interest in their health/well-being and always provides great advice when asked. In the 2yrs we have been going there we haven't had any scheduling problems. 100% would recommend!
I met Dr Rockett for the first time with my almost 2 year old son and he was absolutely amazing. He listened, cared, was gentle and so genuine and kind with my son. I cannot wait to continue my care with him and I am so happy he is our new pediatrician.
The only reason I give 4 stars is because the front desk employees were very cold and weren’t very welcoming.
Other than that the nurse and doctor were fantastic and I am looking forward to our next visit
Dr Morissette is so thorough and listens. She cares, and has an amazing bedside manner. My daughter and I have stuck with her. She’s amazing! The front office staff are so nice and helpful. Warm when they greet you at the window. Great experience always. Booking over the phone is always great as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
The office is conveniently located in the Medical Center. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My children have been coming to this office for 9 years and we always feel comfortable asking questions and getting the answers that we need about their growth and development.
