I had a wonderful experience working with Mary G. She is such a sweet, kind, and professional lady who genuinely cares about helping others. From the moment I interacted with her, she was patient, friendly, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
I would also like to compliment the MAP Department for their excellent service and support. The team is knowledgeable, organized, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Their dedication to providing quality service is truly appreciated.
Thank you, Mary G., and the MAP Department, for your outstanding work and commitment to helping others. I highly recommend them!
I just wanted to say that I had the best experience with one of your employees, Mary G., while I was applying for medication assistance.
I had no idea where to start and was worried that I might frustrate the person helping me with all of my questions. However, Mary was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process.
You can truly tell that she loves what she does, and that makes patients like me feel welcome and valued rather than feeling like a bother. Her kindness and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience much easier and more comfortable.
Thank you for having such a wonderful employee on your team. Mary G. is a true asset to your MAP organization.
I had an excellent experience at University Health Robert B. Green Campus. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was smooth, and the facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained.
The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. You can tell they truly care about their patients and providing quality care. I especially appreciated how efficient everything was without feeling rushed.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the level of service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing medical care in San Antonio.
I have been here 5 times, twice in the women’s clinic area and 3 times for diagnostic testing on the 2nd floor. It is always busy, but I have never waited long for any of my appts. Registration has been quick and each procedure seamless. I have always had friendly staff experiences. The one I had to wait the longest for was no one’s fault, I had to wait for several hours for a med to lower my heart rate to have a procedure done, but even then everyone was great and I was well attended to. Parking can be a challenge, but thankfully it’s free and downtown that’s hard to find.
Great service at Express Med for today’s visit.
Perla completed a quick reg and Milton was thorough during vitals. Rico NP is a very knowledgeable and professional provider. i appreciate her answering all questions, providing excellent explanations for concerns. Special shoutout to Greg for being the best nurse at EMC.
This is for the gastroenterology department:
They would rather tell you to pray instead of doing actual test. They will give up quickly and leave you with no recommendations as to what to do next or simply lie to you. Just a complete lack of compassion, care, or understanding especially when dealing with extremely painful conditions.
In a world full of chaos and selfishness Feliciana reminded me that there still is people that are Good and caring in this world. I’m not a patient but I was touched by her kindness. While waiting for the elevator to go down from the 4 floor, she was explaining to this elderly lady in a walker where to go, as she seemed confused by the directions., Feliciana told her “you know what I have time, I’ll take you “ Not only then was she thinking of others but when we were on the elevator on the way down I was distracted answering a message I almost stepped down on the wrong floor, and she was kinda enough to remind me it was the 3rd floor. That if I was sure I was getting of here as i had pressed the 1st floor for everyone in the elevator going down. He kindness and awareness is a golden asset for University Health. Thanks again Feliciana!
