We came to Dr. Stark because he was highly recommended and all the research we did online confirmed this.
Our first visit to his office was amazing. Everyone was so kind and friendly and helpful. The testing they did was extremely thorough and Dr. Stark was super friendly happy to answer questions And made us feel comfortable, reassured. And confident.
I had Lens replacement in both of my eyes yesterday. I can now see close, medium, and far! I don’t even need my glasses anymore! After all of these years!
The world is so bright and the colors are so beautiful. Thank you, Dr. Stark for taking an interest in me and for your expertise and your wonderful staff!
Dr. Starck is pretty busy all the time, but it so worth it, to wait for him.
I got pterygum surgery and the Dr. Tomy Starck explained how it will be, and it was easy and quickly and fast recovery, I have 1 week and 3 days after my surgery and it's like nothing happend.
Thank you Doctor to you and all the staff they are so organized and make the things happen easy and quickly.
No extra charges, no surprises, fair in price and excellent service.
I am new to the area and needed a new ophthalmologist and unfortunately, this clinic was a terrible first impression. I will say the technicians were awesome and deserve better recognition. However, the manager or boss of these technicians (Cinderella) treated the staff condescendingly and rudely. Working in healthcare is a team effort and she is very much in need of a refresher in social skills or basic communication. Now Dr. Starck was also very rude to patients and staff. I understand doctor have limited social skills these days but I would expect more social awareness. This is an uncomfortable establishment I would highly suggest finding a different clinic.
My biggest regret is that I didn’t see Dr Harris sooner. My new lenses are amazing and I ditched every pair of glasses I own! The entire staff is professional and friendly. All my questions were answered and Dr Harris made the procedure comfortable. If you’re tired of prescription glasses this is the place to go.
My experience with Dr Starck was amazing. He is still the greatest ophthalmologist there is. Thank you sir for taking care of me over the years. You gave me the ability to see when no other doctor would touch a refractive error of -11. Thank you!
A great experience at UltraVision, even for a picky 17-year-old, especially when selecting glasses. There is a wide selection of affordable options along with stylish designer frames. The representative genuinely helps with choosing glasses that look good, rather than just trying to make a sale. We also got a pair of sunglasses at 50% off with a purchase of regular glasses. Highly recommended.
Dr. Tomy Starck and his entire staff are attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. I know I will always get the best service whether I go to the main office or the New Braunfels office.
I am 62 years old and I am seeing colors for the first time of my life. I am seeing details that I never knew existed, the expertise of Dr. Tommy Stark have changed my whole perspective on life. Where to start.
I’ve always had issues with my eyes, about 17 years ago I felt like maybe Lasik surgery was right for me. I went to three or four doctors who were more than willing to give it a shot. Before I had the surgery, my general practitioner recommended I talked to Dr. Stark. Dr. Stark told me I was not only not a candidate for Lasik, but I was going to potentially lose the vision in my right eye if I didn’t do something to stop the neovascularization. He did the intact surgery, which saved my right eye. I would be blind in my right eye, if not for Dr. Stark.
Fast forward, 15 years, Cataracts are a problem. My vision is so poor it takes a T9 torque lens to potentially. Correct my vision. There was no way I would not require corrective lenses..
Most doctors would not have touched this, And those that would, would’ve done so with apprehension. Dr. Stark approached my surgery with confidence, which gave me confidence., Needless to say two weeks later, and I am seeing 2020 out of both eyes no corrective lenses needed, no double vision. I do require reading glasses for close-up, but that’s to be expected.
Dr. Stark, you and your team are a blessing to me and my family, you’ve allowed me to continue working and seeing life through a new lens. God bless you.
