I’ve been seen by Dr. Salvato for the past 4 months approx. and can sincerely say and see that she loves her career! She’s empathic, great listener, understanding and an upmost caring, compassionate and humble doctor I’ve ever experienced for the 1st time here at Texas Med. She Is so knowledgeable and experienced. She sent me to physical therapy and speaks highly of all the staff at ProSports and I’d say without a doubt she was right. Hands down to ProSports therapy. Best physical therapist and staff. Received care and service to say the least . They did an exceptional job. Dr. provided the best care possible. Blessings to Dr. and her team for care they provide to our community.
I had a great experience at Texas MedClinic during a visit for a badly sprained ankle. Jorge, the medical assistant, was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit and truly listened to my concerns and medical needs.
Dr. Shadrock was equally wonderful—kind, compassionate, and thorough. He took my pain seriously, explained everything clearly, and provided helpful treatment and guidance.
Was very busy + had to wait awhile. It was faster than a regular Dr's visit! Staff members were very good. Attending Nurse was very professional + very patient explaining all the info + answers to questions! Would recommend it.
- 2nd Experience and top notch. Dr. Luna and staff treat me excellent.Came with some allergic reactions, and felt irregular heart beat they check it with an EKG, lab work, and I was in and out in less than 2 hours.
First experience for me, and it went excellent!!
-Symptoms:I came in Sunday around 1030 AM, and I had 4 people before me. I felt bad and sick and needed help with my sinus🤧, pressure in my head, short breath, cough, allergies, and lack of sleep the last few days. I had been battling with this for 2 weeks, and today was the worst day.
- Check-in and copay:I recommend you check in online💻. Check the website. It saves you time and paperwork! I learned my lesson, but still, they checked me in ✅ Copay with insurance was $50, much better than ER, quicker and, caring service.
-Experience, Staff, and timing:All staff were super friendly and compassionate, and they did their best to get me in and out. Dr De Los Santos🥼⚕️ listened and asked me questions; he was kind, and the nurses were too. They discarded the flu COVID-19. I might have a virus due to the season and allergies to high cedar. He prescribed my medicines, and I was out in 1 hour and 45 minutes. That was good timing.
Results: I'm already feeling much better!!🙏 I will keep you handy if there is a need.

The entire staff was accommodating and very patient. I felt seen heard and completely cared for. I usually a pretty problem free fat guy so I rarely have a reason to vist the Dr, I wouldn't mind bringing any other health issues here in the future.
The service time was not long. The NP who saw me was kind and considerate while remaining professional. She explained and answered all my questions. She did not rush out the door in 3 minutes.
