First time at this ER and I was very impressed. Ashanti at the front desk was very friendly and quick to get me checked in and into a room. I’m a very hard stick so when Nurse Gibbie got it on the first try, I was even more impressed. Yes, ER visits are expensive, but the level of care and compassion we got tonight make that bill a bit easier to accept. I arrived at midnight with a very sick toddler as there are no 24 hour Urgent Cares in the area and she needed to be seen asap (she ended up having strep). The nurses and doctor were incredibly kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable, but especially Tom.
