The 800 McCullough Ave location has a really cool, older historic feel that makes the place stand out in a good way. Dr Silva was fantastic. She knows her field, she is easy to talk to and we clicked right away, especially with our shared military background. That made the whole visit even more comfortable. Kudos to "JoAnn" answering calls for Dr. Silva! I called feeling super anxious due to running late for my son's appointment. I explained to her we were stuck at the train tracks downtown due to a completely stopped train on the tracks impeding traffic from getting through. She was very understanding as I explained to her I was trying to find another route. She kindly gave me directions herself and said she knew exactly where we were stuck. I appreciate JoAnn going above and beyond for kindly giving me directions and assuring me she would let the staff know of my delay and why. Sure enough.
