I had a severe sciatica pain condition when I came to the hospital. Immediately, they helped me. The nurses and the doctor treated me with a sense of urgency and respect. I was able to get the treatment I needed within days, and I was able to leave to home. Nurse Margaret and PCT Helen deserve an exceptional mention due to their high performance. I was happy with the food and excellent way they make sure I got on time. I think Resurrection Hospital is the best place for a person get the best treatment and service for a sick person. I highly recommend it. I'm getting better, thanks to this experience.

The past two times were great. The first time I had a cardio version and the second time was a cardiac ablation and both times the staff on the cardiac floor 2 were absolutely the best. Politeness, respectful, friendly and had a sense of humor. Constantly checking and explaining everything. Didnt rush me out of there, really made sure I was ok. They made sure I understood the after procedure instructions while at home. They were a really great bunch of people from start to finish.

I came here for multiple reasons and left with a diagnosis that I never knew I had from previous cancer treatment. The nurses were really helpful and kind and I felt genuinely cared for and looked after. It was a scary and unexpected visit so for everyone to be able to explain things and make sure I was very comfortable, meant a lot to me.

Resurrection Medical Center OMGGGGG this place was amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff was professional, caring, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and treated patients with kindness and respect. The service was outstanding. The doctors, nurses, and support staff worked together like an all-star team. They answered questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they help. The facility itself was clean, organized, and comfortable. Everything looked well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and professional. It's reassuring to be in a place where you can see the attention to detail and commitment to patient care. Rooms: ★★★★★ Service: ★★★★★ Location: ★★★★★ Excellent care, wonderful staff, and a great facility. If you need medical care, this is a place where you'll feel supported every step of the way. Thank you to everyone who works so hard to help patients every day. Greg Vacca

The emergency room is supposed to make you feel safe. We did not feel that way at all. Once we walked in on 5/29/26 at 6:45am. The person who checked us in was wonderful. As we were getting check in another person walked in with a allergy problem. And there was an nurse who had short hair she was older and ignored him. The person had to acknowledge his presence 3 times. In order for that other person to check him in. Once we stepped in a small room we had to wait about 20min to be seen just for them to check my husband's blood pressure. Then we had to wait 30min for a person I don't know there title to check us in again with the same questions they had in the front. The only thing the guy just added was the address to are pharmacy. We had to wait in that small room while my husband was in pain. And we over heard the woman with the short hair in the front. And the man that just left our room a couple of minutes ago. Talking about patients and being very rude and laughing about there situation. When we got a room they didn't give him any pain medicine and was in a rush. I felt like we weren't getting take care of I had to ask questions so they can do the things that might help my husband. The doctor and nurses had no empathy. Everyone just seemed that wanted to talk and relax. Once we were getting check out that's when we seen the doctor who was half way out of the door talking to us. The next day my husband was in so much pain. We had to take him to another hospital. And they diagnose him right away. It's very sad that I live around the neighborhood and can't even go to this hospital because of the care they don't give back.

I really appreciate the nurses they made me feel secure comfortable and safe. With me having a MRI and US Breast Complete . Making sure I understand and gave me a answer to my questions. They directed me to my Dr: to follow up. Keep up the good work thank you.

Generally I've found this place dependable. But yesterday (7/12/2026) I brought in a friend for a non-stop vomiting episode and resulting dehydration. My friend is a biological male, which is reflected on his medical record, with no indications that he has ever identified otherwise. And yet multiple physicians made the implication that my friend was having menstrual cramps, insanely insulting to say the least, especially when couldn't even stand upright from being in so much pain. I respect the need for cultural competence with gender diverse patients, but I feel like it would have been significantly less insulting to just to ask about his sex/gender history rather than assuming he had menstrual cramps.

My recent 5 nite stay at Resurrection Medical Center was the best experience. ER was amazing and identified urgent issues and jumped on protocols, treatment, ctscan imaging. Professional compassionate care. The previous hospital I was taken via ambulance told nothing broken sent me home. Suffered 2 days until my Family Practice Team and ER team did mri and identified fracture in spine along with high bp. The swift action and treatment has me home today. The Nursing staff on 5113 were amazing and went above and beyond Michelle Monterros team Pond. lrene Gina and the entire.staff. Dr. Koleni pain mgmt and his team, Dr. Daly, Dr. Owen Dr. Donahue, Dr Chen, Dr. Wang, Dr. Shah and team PT and OT. Thank you for the best care emotional physical support. Plus all the check ins ans calls at home mean more than you know. You are all a true blessing. Kind regards and appreciate you all! Colette Scaletta
