Im a real person FYI. I would like to say that Everything about my visit today was nothing short of professional, friendly, patient and affordable. It took no longer then 40 maybe 50 minutes for me to get in and out. The staff was very knowledgeable about my specifics needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great staff and great and place.

Don’t go here. Go literally anywhere else. After many years, I had finally found a doctor that I liked. Within months she moved to concierge medicine. I sucked it up and booked a physical with someone that I had never seen before. When I got to my 8am appointment they checked to make sure that I had fasted. I hadn’t because no one told me to when I booked my appointment so I had to come back the next day. When I came back, they made me go to the urgent care location because they had no lab techs in to do my bloodwork. Upon getting there, I waited about 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. After the wait someone finally took my blood samples. It has been 6 days with no results posted. No follow up. Nothing. I have reached out numerous times and no one can give me an answer as to when I will have my results. I have had many, many physicals and they have never takes more than 24 hours. Innovative Express Care simply does not care at all. Again, avoid this place.

She examined me herself, gave me a flu shot and gave me a Pap smear when she realized I was due for one. She personally called me to follow up, prescribed and explained the medications and scheduled my insertion. While major hospitals couldn’t even offer a consult for months, Innovative got me in within two weeks. When I returned, Ariel explained every step, made sure I was comfortable and successfully placed the IUD in under 10 minutes! She even showed me IUD via ultrasound afterward. They saved me so much time, stress, and money. I cannot recommend Innovative enough and am truly grateful for providers who go out of their way to help you avoid unnecessary procedures and advocate for your best care.

The owner said would be fixed and billing, yet know I am getting weekly text from collections about my blood draw here!
