I had an excellent experience working with my physical therapist. “Bobby Nabeyama” From the very beginning, his professionalism and calm, reassuring manner made a meaningful difference in my recovery journey. He consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, explain each step of the process, and tailor treatments to my specific needs.
What stood out most was his genuine care and attentiveness. He approached every session with patience and encouragement, creating an environment where I felt supported and confident in my progress. His thoughtful approach and deep knowledge not only helped improve my physical condition, but also gave me the motivation to stay committed to my rehabilitation.
Thanks to his guidance and dedication, I’ve made significant progress and feel much stronger and more capable. I’m truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist.
It was my initial visit with Dr. Bennett Brown. He definitely lived up to his great reviews! He was patient, knowledgeable and explained why he felt I didn't have a rotator cuff issue - instead I have tendonitis in the rotator cuff. He also has an incredible bedside manner which is extremely important! Very glad I chose him.
Honestly, it is lousy to have to come because you are injured and either need surgery, therapy or both (in my case both), but they are true professionals who can handle most orthopedic cases, with the out patient surgical center, doctors office for exams and follow-ups and PT / OT all in one building. Plus they are doing renovations throughout the building to make it more pleasant to your visits. I've also had friends and family who have had to come here as well got treatment and they've all been satisfied with their experiences.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Brian Goldstein at Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would.

The staff is just aloof and fall below the line of acceptable professional customer service. The fast talking, a front desk coordinator straight up hung the phone up on me after I needed to reschedule an appt due to another injury I'm dealing with. This place makes me grind my teeth. I go for P.T and literally heard the girl ask another person "so what do I do with her" LOL!! Seriously?? Leslie is the only grace that I stay but I'm considering just switching.
Myra and Dr Mitgang were amazing!! Myra was very compassionate to my son and very sweet. Dr Mitgang was so kind and attentive. Amazing doctor. I would definitely recommend this office! 10 out of 10!
The parking was terrible. My 11:45 appointment started late; I arrived at 11:30 and waited from 12:30 to 1:00 for the doctor. When he finally arrived, he stood outside the room and had a 15-minute personal conversation with an assistant, offering advancement advice. His attention felt rushed and impersonal, and I left feeling like a number rather than a patient. At checkout, the staff worker was unhelpful, saying “I don’t know” to questions about the medical records department, did the Dr give me a prescription, and the doctor’s specialty the she was scheduling me for . She told me to go to medical records I ask where she said 1 st floor I asked which room she said “I don’t know” With excellent health insurance, I expect courteous, informative, and respectful service, which I did not receive.
My experience at orlin and Cohen have been a good and positive experience due to my underlining medical issues. From my interactions with Phyllis at the front desk who has been helpful and caring. I appreciate my doctor Dr Liberman allowing me to address my issues and concerns and not dismiss my pain or issues and he comes up with a game plan
